Special thanks to Sam Almendral, Pragati Lakhotia, and Cara who went above and beyond. They kept us on track through data mapping, CV parsing, system setup, and troubleshooting. Every query was handled professionally and quickly, with a real "can-do" attitude.
The platform itself is a huge step up — intuitive, modern, and built for recruiters. We especially like how seamless automation, analytics, and candidate presentation are baked into the flow. The integration with our website and marketing stack is also a big plus.

While the platform itself has its fair share of flaws and quirks, Aubrey has been instrumental in helping us around them. Her responsiveness stands out, whether we’re dealing with technical issues or trying to make sense of old and new features, she’s available and engaged.
What sets her apart is her ability to turn around challenges. She doesn’t just troubleshoot; she helps us understand what the platform can and can’t do and then offers practical solutions that keep us moving. For example, when we were looking for certain information, she helped us modify our views and rearrange the columns so that the information are available and we can just manually compute the data we need.

Beyond assisting us in navigating the platform, she has helped our team understand the limitations of the platform and proactively offers alternative solutions.
In cases when we need a new features (e.g. Intelligence Company Stats and Job Stats), she diligently monitors them to provide us timely updates.
I would like to note that the "Date of experience" field in feedback form is too restrictive. The feedback I am sharing now reflects multiple interactions over time, and that should be taken into consideration.

We've been working with Vincere for some time now and are overall very satisfied. The system offers many helpful features that make our day-to-day recruiting work significantly easier.
A real highlight is the customer support: our Customer Success Manager is highly committed, easy to reach, and always provides solution-oriented assistance – that truly makes a difference.
A small point deduction because some features still need a bit of fine-tuning or aren’t quite as intuitive. However, Vincere is constantly evolving, and it’s clear that customer feedback is taken seriously.
All in all: Highly recommended – a powerful tool backed by a competent team!

We've been using Vincere for over 3 years already and its really a great system for recruitment agencies since it provides all features you need throughout the entire recruitment cycle including advanced search functions to find specific candidates, able to send mass emails to specific group of candidates/ clients by connecting our work emails to the systems, auto-generate invoices whenever placements are made etc.
Whenever i encounter technical issues, i can also ask the technical guys on the chatbox. They also get back to me by a real person immediately or latest within 1 day.
