Vincere as ATS

Using Vincere as an ATS was really helpful for us, the UI is very user-friendly. The training provided during onboarding helped the team adapt to the tool quickly. The features like reports, resume/CV scan, and many more are really great.

We moved across from a server based…

We moved across from a server based system to Vincere last year. Previously we had experienced numerous problems with systems working from home but Vincere offered solutions that were more cost effective in the long run. The onboarding team were brilliant, they ensured a smooth transition and supported us every step of the way. Especially Sam, Pragati and Cara.

With every new system, you expect to encounter issues along the way, James Zarate has been indispensable. Especially as we needed to use the system in a particular way for it to replicate how we work. This took a lot of time, patience and investigation on James' behalf so he could ensure the best solution was found. He is a credit to the company and is excellent at his job.

Vincere Chatbot - LOVE IT!!

I'd like to share what a fantastic experience I have had using Vincere's chatbot, accessed within their platform. From the ease of use, the speed of response and the depth of information returned that answers your initial query, this chatbot stands loud and proud in the automated support arena.

If on the odd occasion an answer cannot be provided or the response given does not fully meet the user's need, it does not leave you hanging. It expertly guides you to next steps, be it additional help materials, how to escalate an issue or puts you in touch with a human! Yes, a human!

This transition from bot to human is seamless and you are then supported further either via email or within the chatbot space in your platform. So easy!

Another fabulous feature is when the bot does answer your query but does not achieve a 5 star rating for its response, Vincere will follow this up with a message from the support team to find out why. They takes your feedback VERY seriously!

Shout outs must go to Jason Tu and Jean Ann Durano, who have been nothing short of awesome! I have regularly bombarded them with queries during the implementation stage of our Vincere journey and they have offered support, advice, additional solutionising ideas that have made my life infinitely easier.

Well done Vincere, a great service!

This is THE worst CRM software in the…

This is THE worst CRM software in the world!

How can they still operate with competitors in place which are faster, easier and just more responsive?
Vincere states 24/7 chat support... its a bot and a human which only contacts you after 4-8 hours, even for basic questions.
Talking of basic questions - NOTHING in Vincere is basic, its all overly complicated and even the simple act of importing or exporting data is made cumbersome in order to lock you in.

This is a bad CRM, if you are in recruitment please get something else.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, I use it daily multiple times for little things since we are still setting up the ATS. James Zarate has taken a lot of time out of his busy days to guide us through the intelligence data and we are now finally able to have a comprehensive view of the daily work of our contractors. Great tool.

Not great end user experience

As I work with an agency I'm having to use TimeTemp, it is their tool of choice. The mobile app is ok, but their web pages are not optimised for different screen sizes, which makes them very frustrating and sometimes impossible to use, even on a laptop. When you try the help menu, it takes you to the corporate help topics, not the end user one, the chat doesn't work

SCAM OF THE EARTH

SCAM OF THE EARTH. STAY AWAY. I used vincere for 2 years, after they were acquired by Access Group the all everything became a shambles. The customer support is appalling + They made our life super difficult to switch to another CRM by essentially holding our data at ransom behind what they call "professional services" - which essentially will quote you on a ridiculous amount to have your data back?? DATA THAT IS YOURS IN THE FIRST PLACE. WTF... STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY/ GROUP, BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.

Went live on Vincere as of May 2025

We went live on Vincere on 12th May 25, and the whole process has been really smooth from start to finish – big thanks to the Vincere team for that.

Dominika Grund has honestly been the best person we've worked with at Access. She really made the difference in our decision to stick with the Access product.

The delivery and migration also went well, with great support from Sam and Pragati, and project management from Syun Consulting.

Fingers crossed the good vibes continue with our new CSM and support team – we've had such a great experience so far, and we’re hoping that carries on!

We are a current customer of Vincere

We are a current customer of Vincere. The system is okay, but when we onboarded nearly 2 years ago, we were told a key basic functionality (that we felt was very important was weeks away from going live). Nearly 2 years on and nothing (All we wanted was a few more wildcards for contructing template emails to candidates, something our old CRM that we were moving from did well. I'm talking basic wildcards, such as Company Name, Job Role, Salary details, when emailing candidates from within a job). I kind of forgave them for not following through on this....but I cannot forgive the absolutely appalling customer service....

We keep being billed for services we have cancelled and continually have to show evidence of cancellation, even though we have shown several times. Yet again today I am sent a statement demanding payment for something we cancelled and had confirmation of.....they take no notice and you can never talk to anyone. Employees at Vincere/Access Group seem to come and go and pass the buck. We don't know who our account manager is. None have telephone numbers showing on their email signatures. Really, really poor. It's the customer service and mildly aggressive responses we get when we suggest they are in the wrong re billings, that makes me feel I don't want to continue with them. I've been in the UK tech recruitment space for 25+ years and never had such a bad experience with a recruitment SW provider.

Worst customer support

Worst customer support. Their departments don't talk to one another. They have auto renewal contracts, but you have no one to contact to stop the auto renewal. Confusing multiple on-line portals to raise issues - but no support. No one to talk to. I don't know who our account manager is and we have been with them for 2 years. We are looking at alternatives. Avoid!

At best this is a very bad CRM for perm recruitment and placements

Slow and unattractive user interface. The system cannot track AWR for temporary workers, it offers no way of managing workers who have or haven't signed opt out for WTD, all compliance is connected to the client not a job and poor compliance tracking within the system full stop, in turn this forces us to manage all compliance and tracking outside of the system. Terrible reporting function, basic 1-2 step processes take upwards of 15 steps and still need to be amended in 2nd and 3rd parts of the system to work (i.e. rate template, time interpretation, job template). At best this is a very bad CRM for perm recruitment and placements.

I would steer clear of any company that…

I would steer clear of any company that doesn't put a contact number. And what's more pricing. Why do you need to book a demo? I just want a price list to see if we can afford it or not before having to listen to the sales pitch

That said, we’re committed to being fully transparent and always providing detailed pricing information when speaking with potential customers.

We also hear your concern about the lack of a public contact number. We have a phone number as well as instant support for our customers, but we will review this for pre-sales prospects. Typically, we want to spend our resources and money on ensuring we have 24-hour support for customers rather than investing in a 24-hour sales model - hopefully, you can understand this.
