Where to begin
Where to begin. The Vincere product is basic at best, they try to sell it as a premium system and they certainly charge a premium price, you can get much better value for money with other providers. The customer service is appalling, slow or non existent responses and they just try to sell you other products that are in their group that you do not need so they can get as much money out of you as possible, more like a sales team than customer services. They try to increase the price of your renewal without telling you and tie you into a deal where if you want to cancel you have to let them know 90 days before your renewal date, even if you signed a contract for a shorter cancellation period. They seem to believe that because they emailed you saying they wanted to alter the cancellation policy that is legally binding. Sneaky.
The company was far better before it was taken over it was much better value, since then it has been on a downward trajectory and is now without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had. Classic example of large organisation buying a company, increasing prices and not taking the customer experience into account, all so they can make more profit.
I have directed new recruitment business owners to other CRM systems and would never recommend Vincere to anyone, unless you enjoy being over charged for a low quality service, if that's your thing then get signed up.

All terms, including notice periods, are clearly stated in the contracts signed at onboarding. We also communicate any updates to those terms in writing ahead of time. A 90-day notice period is standard across many SaaS agreements, and we always aim to be clear and transparent about those details.
We tried to contact you but received no response to get your contact information. If you’d be open to a conversation, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to hear more and address your experience directly.

Great Product & Service
I've used Vincere previously and it's been by far the best CRM I've used.
For obvious reasons I decided to choose Vincere when deciding on a CRM for my own business.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Imani McGregor at the beginning.
She was friendly, asked the right questions and created a bespoke package for my business' needs that I'm very pleased with!
I'd highly recommend Vincere / Imani for anyone looking for a proper CRM. 🙂

Piriyaankha went out of her way to resolve my query. There was some time needed to resolve it all because it also had to do with my web designer that needed to change things on my webpage. JAMES AND YANNA A GOD SEND, overall we have not had the best experience limping through trying to self train and resolve issues ourself even taking to other peoples website to attempt to solve our portal issues. We was having to spend money via "fiver" to resolve web formatting issue when it was all available in vincere but how do you find out! guess work is not a great learning experience but speak to james and yanna was literally the best thing, the understood my issues and worked super had to get the solutions in place :)

Saves time and love the integrations for job postings to my website
Coming from an agency perspective, Vincere is a great solution for recruitment organisations from small to large scale. It is easy to navigate, has great functionality, and many fantastic integrations with other platform both internally to Vincere or 3rd party.
I found the system well thought out, and the number of clicks to navigate through screens to achieve your goal is minimal. It's perfect for efficiency, saving a lot of time and effort.
The onboarding and training from Vincere is 2nd to now. From online videos to one on one sessions, it was ideal to get me up and running in no time, and the ingoing support through chat is also very good.

Customizable by your own and to your liking
We decided to go for Vincere as we wanted a system that gives us flexibility in customization for masks, candidate data and reports. With Vincere we've been able to simplify all masks within the system to our liking by disabling unnecessary data fields and adding customized ones. We have full control over the width and depth of data exports in order to build custom reports for specific customer requirements.
We do appreciate the permanent expansion of partner solutions within the system without having to worry about APIs.
We also appreciate the support team very much which always goes above and beyond to come up with tailored solutions and handcrafted video explanations.
We have loads of features that we still need to explore in full depth, but already, Vincere gives us full control over our projects and data which makes working across different locations easy.
Once you get used to the layout, you really appreciate that about 80% of the functionalities within the system are one or max two clicks away.
Vincere has come a long way in recent years and we are thrilled to see what the future might bring.

Ridiculous cancelation policy and…
Ridiculous cancelation policy and aggressive price increases
Vincere is a functional recruitment CRM but we decided that we wasn't using a large amount of the back office functions and decided a change was needed. We knew that we were on an annual "lock in" that ended in March 2025 so in December 2024 we asked to cancel.
It was fortunate that we did because Vincere/ Access "automatically" renew you if you don't give 3 months notice on a 12 month agreement. What this means is that you - if you miss this 3 month window - you could have to give 14 months notice to cancel!!! Ridiculous.
We have cancelled and I am glad we did - I have just received an email regarding a 6.5% price increase from April 2025!!! I have worked with recruitment CRM's for over 20 years and would highly recommend looking elsewhere
