Brilliant database

Data Segmentation & Multi-Brand:
Whether you run a single-brand agency or multiple sister companies, Vincere makes it easy to slice and dice data. This feature ensures each team only accesses relevant candidate and client information. It’s particularly helpful if your business spans several industries or geographical markets.

Access Group Integration
If you’re already in The Access Group ecosystem or planning to onboard other Access products (like payroll or finance modules), Vincere is a no-brainer. Integration is smooth and allows for a unified, cohesive workflow, which translates into fewer headaches for everyone on the team.

Over the past year, I’ve peppered them with over 200 questions, and during weekdays, responses typically come through in under two hours—often within minutes. While you won’t be able to pick up the phone to speak to someone immediately (unless you’re on a premium plan), the chat feature is so effective that you may never feel the need to call.

Final Thoughts
Is Vincere flawless? No product is. But its list of pros—unrivalled search, robust integrations, responsive chat support, flexible data segmentation, and rich customisation—far outweigh the few cons. Our experience onboarding to Vincere…

Our experience onboarding to Vincere was positive, both in terms of project management and data migration.
In all honesty, training could have been better. My recommendation would be to insist on tailoring the training to what works best for your business and not be led by someone else's opinion of what works.
The post-go-live started well, with the allocation of a CSM and an AM. Both focused on how we could make the most of the application, but follow-up after the initial meetings was poor.
However, having raised my concerns, we have now been allocated another CSM, who has been great at supporting us and driving things forward.

Greatly improved customer support. Great platform but not without it's niggles

Having Nathan Sitch assigned to us as our CSM has been massively welcomed. The Vincere platform is in many ways brilliant, a powerful platform. However it is not without it's niggles and there are some seemingly obvious functions it should but doesn't provide. No platform is perfect and for what it delivers generally we accept this. Non the less, we've struggled with inconsistent support over the last few years. Nathan being assigned to us over the last few months has given us a level of support consistency, an honest and transparent approach, and in himself a person we feel we can trust to either resolve or at least try to resolve anything that crops up. Furthermore, he has worked with us to build our knowledge so we can get more out of the platform, which has been really useful. For Nathan, 5 stars; for Vincere 3.5 stars; Overall experience I'm going with 4.

…Exceptional Service and Technical Expertise

After 18 months with another provider, I decided to make a change and thoroughly researched over 12 companies, ultimately narrowing my options down to three. Sam Titchenor was the decisive factor in choosing Vincere, as the competing applications had different attributes and the decision was close.
Sam maintained close contact and engaged with me completely, demonstrating a perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. His strong listening skills allowed him to offer tailored solutions that Vincere could provide. Despite being with the company for only a short time, Sam's technical knowledge was impressive. His extraordinary grasp of Vincere's capabilities and ability to align them with my specific requirements was remarkable.
I can honestly say that without Sam as my contact at Vincere, my decision might have been different. Since signing the contract, Sam has been incredibly patient and supportive. His good upselling skills have also piqued my interest in additional services, which I will be considering further down the line.
Vincere's comprehensive suite of modules, including its intuitive CRM/ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and robust analytics, perfectly complement Sam's excellent customer service. New client - Recent Implementation

We have recently implemented Vincere, having used our previous system for 20 years so it was somewhat daunting to change! The implementation team, and in particular Sam Almendral and Gert Tomson have been superstars throughout the process. Enabling the seamless transfer of our existing data-base and set up on Vincere. Sam was in constant communication and we felt in very safe and supportive hands. Having "gone live" there's some great functionality to the system (including a quick link to profiles on LinkedIn and clear visuals of the candidate journey which will certainly support engagement initiatives.
Looking forward to the next 20 years of using Vincere!

Good Software, Excellent Support

Vincere as a piece of software is extremely reliable and works extremely well, meaning we are able to run our business pretty successfully. What has stood out most over the past few months has been the level of support we've received from Jay Ferdinando. Jay has given me a number of ideas and changes I can make in our business and when I do have an issue, he takes ownership as if it was his issue. We used Vincere before they were purchased by The Access Group, and its only been since Access took over and working with Jay have I been so impressed with the support

Vincere: great all-round recruitment system

We've been using Vincere since 2018 and this product is really an all-round recruitment system from ATS to CRM to the entire back-office functions all in 1 system. It's great.

We have an extremely knowledgeable and motivated Customer Success Manager (James Zarate) who really cares about our customer experience and has so much in depth knowledge of the product so he's able to maximise our usage of Vincere in the best way possible.

More of a partner than a provider

We've been using Vincere for 4 years now and as we've scaled up and down in number of users through both good as well as challenging recruitment markets, they've always done their best to accommodate us.

During a tough period a few months back, most of our suppliers gave us an answer of "sorry, you've signed a contract", where as Vincere, in particular Chloe Nguyen, came straight to us with "let's see what we can do".

We've just extended our contract with Vincere for another year, and can't see us moving away anytime soon!
