Our experience onboarding to Vincere was positive, both in terms of project management and data migration.
In all honesty, training could have been better. My recommendation would be to insist on tailoring the training to what works best for your business and not be led by someone else's opinion of what works.
The post-go-live started well, with the allocation of a CSM and an AM. Both focused on how we could make the most of the application, but follow-up after the initial meetings was poor.
However, having raised my concerns, we have now been allocated another CSM, who has been great at supporting us and driving things forward.

Having Nathan Sitch assigned to us as our CSM has been massively welcomed. The Vincere platform is in many ways brilliant, a powerful platform. However it is not without it's niggles and there are some seemingly obvious functions it should but doesn't provide. No platform is perfect and for what it delivers generally we accept this. Non the less, we've struggled with inconsistent support over the last few years. Nathan being assigned to us over the last few months has given us a level of support consistency, an honest and transparent approach, and in himself a person we feel we can trust to either resolve or at least try to resolve anything that crops up. Furthermore, he has worked with us to build our knowledge so we can get more out of the platform, which has been really useful. For Nathan, 5 stars; for Vincere 3.5 stars; Overall experience I'm going with 4.

We have recently implemented Vincere, having used our previous system for 20 years so it was somewhat daunting to change! The implementation team, and in particular Sam Almendral and Gert Tomson have been superstars throughout the process. Enabling the seamless transfer of our existing data-base and set up on Vincere. Sam was in constant communication and we felt in very safe and supportive hands. Having "gone live" there's some great functionality to the system (including a quick link to profiles on LinkedIn and clear visuals of the candidate journey which will certainly support engagement initiatives.

We've been using Vincere since 2018 and this product is really an all-round recruitment system from ATS to CRM to the entire back-office functions all in 1 system. It's great.

We've been using Vincere for 4 years now and as we've scaled up and down in number of users through both good as well as challenging recruitment markets, they've always done their best to accommodate us.
During a tough period a few months back, most of our suppliers gave us an answer of "sorry, you've signed a contract", where as Vincere, in particular Chloe Nguyen, came straight to us with "let's see what we can do".
We've just extended our contract with Vincere for another year, and can't see us moving away anytime soon!
