I've purchased 3 or 4 watches and a pair of sunglasses from Vincero. Their customer service is excellent, and the quality of their products matches other watches I own which are 3 or 4x the price. The Reserve Automatic in gunmetal/Slate Blue is currently my favorite piece from Vincero, highly recommend it if someone is in the market for a watch priced $400-500. Gets tons of compliments out in the world and the build quality is excellent.

It was an easy shopping experience with beautiful merchandise. I bought a Magen David pendant and chain as a gift, and the recipient was extremely satisfied.

BEAUTIFUL SET
I absolutely love this set!! I wear it daily. I want to add that the customer service is the BEST!! Will order again!!

Recently bought the watch. Overall I really like the product. As far as weight I wanted something that felt quality but not heavy (like it's weighing down my wrist). This falls into that category. Overall I feel like you can dress the watch up or down, and my favorite thing about the watch is having 5 - 60 actually on the face which I quickly found out wasn't the easiest thing to find. Would recommend.

I just received my Eros Limited Release - Rose + Taupe watch and it's pure class. It's not your typical wrist watch. It screams elegance and sophistication! Customer service was top notch from ordering to shipping. It's a hidden jewel and I couldn't be happier.

I am a loyal Vincero fan. It is one thing to purchase their products, but It is truly another for the customer support team that stands behind their watches, including their loyal customers.

I have purchased at least six of the Vincero watches in the men’s type, in about five or six of the women’s watches as well. My last purchase, the watch for the women’s just never worked properly. It only ran for about a day or two after it was opened. It is a nice plain Watch with a black band, gold accents, and my wife really liked it but unfortunately, it just wasn’t doing the trick and the second hand was not moving. Here is where Vincero Really shines:

I emailed their customer service team about my problem. I received the reply back in less than about a day or so they were extremely nice and the only request was to send a video of what the problem was. I happily complied to their request and additionally, I sent them extra pictures just in case so they can clearly see the perfect and pristine condition, and it wasn’t “beat on”. There were no questions asked again in return, and since they knew it was obviously an issue with the watch they immediately responded back positively. (I forgot to also add that I took it to a jeweler because I thought it was a bad battery). You can get that from time to time, and maybe the battery was the problem…well: That failed the next day unfortunately, and I let them know that as well.

Again, The customer service team was extremely professional and courteous. In return, with no questions further asked, they sent me a replacement, and told me to keep the watch that was broken. I did offer to send the broken one back as a “one for one” and the customer service team stated I did not need to, and to save me the hassle. Again, another point scored on their end and that was very nice of them to think of the customer first- good job again Vincero Team!

The replacement, came on time, was packaged just like the original and was phenomenal. As soon as I pulled the plastic tab away from the watch, it immediately started working. I also stated I would write this review based on my experience soon after as confirmation that the watch is working…

Let me tell you, a business is only as good as the support team behind it, and they performed what was expected and beyond. There is a reason why I buy these watches, it’s not only because of the look and the feel, and the quality, but it is of the people that stand behind their products when things don’t go as typically planned…

I bought a Vincero watch several years ago, they are a great balance of style, quality, and price. Recently, my watch was stolen. Since I still have a number of straps, I asked if I could buy a watch without a strap. The answer was no, but I was offered a notable discount on a new watch. I agreed, and had my new watch in my hand in less than a week. Excellent responsiveness, excellent service, excellent value. Would recommend. :)

Another Purchase from Vincero. After all, I bought the Watch box, so I have to now fill it! Seriously, customer experience here is great, speed incredible, and package is great. Love my (blue) Ionic which looks great. 5 star rating , and as they say " do yourself a favour" and buy one!

This is my second Chrono S2, my first one being Brown / Blue. They are simply fantastic time pieces. Big, bold and extremely stylish and I receive a lot of compliments on both. The new Ecco leather band is super comfortable, even more so than the original band that came on my first Chrono S2. I never hesitate to recommend Vincero to anyone who asks and will continue to do so proudly. Just an overall beautiful watch!

Purchased vincero black slim wallet. It is perfect for debit cards and drivers license; it also fits cash bills in the wallet. Favorite thing about it is that it is not bulky so it is comfortable to fit in pocket through out the day.

The quality of their watches is outstanding. The watch has the look and feel of a MUCH more expensive watch and you can see the quality of their work in each detail.. I value the watch I received as one of the best in my collection.

Phenomenal customer service. I emailed them about a broken crown, they got back to me within 2 hours and responded within like 10 minutes when I responded. It was almost as fast as a chat bot but I know it was a person. They sent me a package for replacement parts so fast like Amazon fast. Super great customer service. I'll buy from them again! I have two in my budding collection

I bought my niece this Vincero brand watch because of its quality and beauty. It made the perfect graduation gift from law school where she will be supporting people and providing service to others during a difficult time in their lives. Vincero means " I Will Win!" This is empowering for anyone going into their day, fighting for a goal, or coming back from some personal obstacle. Thank you for an amazing product. I plan on giving this watch to others.

Vincero is an incredible company! I have bought three watches from them already as well as gifted watches and more recently a wallet to people who are close to me. The quality and detail Vincero sets it self to is amazing and nothing less than that. If you want to be apart of a company who has a goal to inspire you and push your confidence, the Vincero Collective is the place to be!

These are now my go to sunglasses! I love the styling but it's the lenses that have me most enamored. I have several pairs of Ray-Bans and some hi-tech sport sunglasses that are good but there is something about these that is a cut above those. When I put them on, it's like my eyes are getting a breath of fresh air or a cold drink of water on a hot day. Frames are also top notch and very comfortable. This is a 5-star product in every way.

I should add that the ordering and shipping process was also great. Easy and fast.

Bought the first watch produced from Vincero when they first set up, the Italian marble, which was and still is a beautiful watch but just purchased the Reserve Automatic, wow the pictures do not do it justice, the quality is excellent , well engineered and the look is stunning. Another fantastic product from Vincero
