I was trying to buy my first order and was going to be spending quite a lot. They advertise a 25% off first order. I tried to get a code from them that worked and they just sent 3 codes that didn't work and showed no interest in being helpful. I rang them - ansaphone, used their online chat, emailed them and used their online contact form. After 3 days I gave up - they just seemed completely uninterested and so unhelpful.

I have been sent the wrong products, not what I ordered.
