The quality of their product Magnesium Threonate speaks voulumes for the company. I started taking it two weeks ago and I am overwhelmed by the positive respone. The benefit to my mental clarity, focus, and memory is overwhelming. After watching my mother die after years of not even knowning who she was, made me very aware of my cognitive issues diminishing. It is early days but together the Threonate and Alpha GPC are changing my life and guarded optimism of a longer future. I sleep better and my focus is sharp again. I remember what I had for breakfast all day long now. There are so many scam supplement companies. I have a lot of faith in what I have found with Vinco Supplements. I trust them.

I ordered items on 12th Jan but still not received (now 29th Jan). I emailed them but no reply. I called them but answering machine only - I left a message but no-one's called me back. I've used their online chat but no responses.

I've also tried the mobile number that's on their FB page but, surprise, goes straight through to a messaging service!

And the WhatsApp number on their website shows that number isn't registered on WhatsApp.

The service is great, but I ordered 3 items got 17 email to say order confirmed, then they had been, they on the way, they are shipped, arrived at Amazon, then Amazon are shipping them, and it goes on. All we need is it has been shipped, and delivered.

No response from customer service despite 3 emails asking question as to why they changed their Magtein branding from carrying branding to no branding . The only magnesium threonate product legally permitted to be sold in uk is Magtein. So why have they removed branding. Presumably because they are selling a non permitted form of magnesium threonate.

I want my money back. They say they have delivery the courier left it with someone that none of my neighbours have heard of.
