I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the report listed this vehicle as a gasoline vehicle when in fact it was a diesel. Also te transmition was listed wrong. The rest of the report was great

Signed up for the "TRIAL Service" for…

Signed up for the "TRIAL Service" for $1.00. They took my dollar and then told me that the vehicle had no accidents. I know it does because it has a PRIOR SALVAGE title.

Then it wants to charge and ADDITIONAL $4.95 to download a pdf version of my report that has nothing on it.

Finally when I called into the 24/7 live agent assistance to get help they told me that I have to email in and wait for a response.

BS Company that gives you BS information and takes your $1. (They hope you don't cancel of course)

I've cancelled and HOPE they honor it.
