They offered 24 euros for my package of…

They offered 24 euros for my package of 2 old smartphones a raymond weil watch and a 10k gold broken necklace. Ofcourse I refused and I did receive my package back BUT my 10k gold necklace is missing.
I emailed them but no response. They stole my necklace just like that.

We vinden het echt heel jammer om dit te horen, Natali, vooral de zorg over je ontbrekende ketting. We begrijpen volledig hoe verontrustend dit moet aanvoelen.

We zien dat ons team gisteren contact met je heeft opgenomen om hiernaar te kijken en om enkele details en foto’s heeft gevraagd, en dat je al hebt gereageerd. Dank je wel, dat helpt ons echt om verder te komen.

Never again!

My pack number was 494574043375. It included valuable vintage film cameras, lenses, coins and jewels, some of silver, and a large lot of vintage tin pots. The outrageous offer of 34 Euro is hardly worth the packaging material. I suggest that these people will make a large profit from my items.
I accepted only because all reviews of people who refused are adamant that you never get you things back, or if they come they are packed randomly and damaged, with missing items,and months later. Luckily none of the objects I sent had any sentimental value to me. I had a second box ready, but I prefer to send eveything to a charity organisation rather than go again through this shameful experience.
Take my advice, stay away and make better use of your valuable time!

Terrible company

Terrible company. When they sent back the goods it was all broken. But refuse to compensate . They just ignore and not answer back.

Unfortunately, my package was returned without any comment. It was completely messed up, and two items were missing for which I did not receive any refund. All of this happened without any message.

Lost package ?

I send my box on Jan‘5th and haven‘t received any feed back if it actually arrived. So far I’ve tried twice via direct message and Email to get an answer to no avail. I am starting to get a little concerned so maybe this is the way to at least get a response!

Ripoff

Send a lot of silverplated items to the company and they gave me an offer of 34 euro. I think they can sell these items per piece for 34 euro and in my package were at least 20 items

Hoewel het waar is dat u mogelijk een hogere waarde kunt krijgen voor bepaalde stukken door ze individueel te verkopen, is onze service ontworpen als een snelle en eenvoudige alternatieve oplossing voor iedereen die in bulk items wil opruimen. Op deze manier ontvangt u nog steeds iets in ruil, terwijl u de tijd en moeite vermijdt die gepaard gaan met het één voor één verkopen van veel items. Desondanks is het teleurstellend om te horen dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed, aangezien ons doel altijd is dat elke klant tevreden is met het aanbod.

Het goede nieuws is dat er absoluut geen verplichting is. Als het aanbod niet goed voelt voor u, kunnen uw items kosteloos aan u worden geretourneerd, zodat u in uw eigen tempo andere opties kunt verkennen. This is a trustworthy company which does exactly what it says it will do

I found the experience satisfying. The staff were very helpful. I received a realistic price for my box. I know this because I had checked the value before sending it and there was really nothing in it I wanted to keep. Communication was good. I will definitely use this company again.

I was really disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with this service. I shipped several expensive watches expecting a fair payout, but I received less than 30 euros in return. Considering the value of the items I sent in, this felt extremely unfair and not at all what I expected. I would caution others to be careful before using this service.

Well.

Okay,
This is my opinion of what I think. I did this as a test for myself. Just to see how the service is. Everything was pretty easy. They give you all the tools you need to send the items. They want you to talk to them first. I assume to get a picture of what you want to send so they can sort of judge if it’s worth it for them. They also said I need to have a minimum of one thing from 3 categories. All good.
Sent the items every is good. I was well informed during the whole process. The sent me a WhatsApp message after their evaluation offering a generous sum of
12 Euros. I understand that there are many factors involved in estimating the price. The stuff I sent wasn’t worth a fortune. I knew that before. But it was worth more than 12 Euros. It’s okay. It was just a test. They repackaged everything very nicely and all of my items came back in a very timely manner.
What I want to tell everyone with this, is that these companies that do this kind of stuff are absolutely not in the business to give you an advantage. If you have anything of high value I would suggest you use a different service. Though overall my experience was a pleasant one. They were friendly and everything went smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend someone using them unless you have exhausted all other avenues and are completely desperate.
Update:
That was exactly the response I was expecting. But it is nice that they take the time to write a response. Like I said the service itself is very good. But I would only recommend it if you are very desperate.

I would give minus stars if I could

I would give minus stars if I could. I put in a really good things one thing alone if I sold it on eBay would be worth 100 euros. But I thought i would try anyway. My box was at least 300 euros. They offered me 30 euros. What a joke!!!! Never again.
