Great service and great conversation with Andrew!

I had a Rolex to sell or part exchange. I was able to meet Andrew, look at options, agree a price for a pruchase and the part exchange value. Andrew is clearly very knowledgable about the products he is selling and made good recommendations. I absolutely love the vintage Rolex I have now and was more that satisfied with the financail transactions that took place. Highly recommended.

More than happy! Bought a Rolex Day Date last week. Watch was exactly as described, communication went very well, had a good cup of coffee and Andrew was very helpful and service minded. I'd gotten wind of the existence of a specific watch, and had been googling around trying to find one, which was tricky in itself (they're collector-coveted, but i was hunting one out as a gift).

A listing popped up and led me to V&P, who I left a message with, and received a prompt callback from Andrew, who not only took me through the ins and outs of the watch and the reasons for its collectability, but also gave an honest and transparent appraisal of that specific watch so I knew exactly what was being offered.

As someone who works in rare books, I'm hugely appreciative of those who operate in this way, as longterm it's the only way i personally believe that antiquarian/collectables dealers can compete in modern environments. so much of the industry can be deceptive and/or surly. Vintage and Prestige are neither.

It arrived promptly; they checked that it had; my wife was delighted with the watch.

Very good service was very pleased with my purchase, the gentleman and his wife were very helpful and patient, you could tell they really wanted to help me make the right purchase, will definitely come again! UPDATE took the watch to Cartier, the watch had been over polished to the points a link change would result in the whole bracket needing replacing, the clasp also was lose resulting in costs to tighten, my watch has also started freezing and skipping (second hand) this could be mainly the battery dying after a month or the grinding of gears. I’m disappointed to say the least. Would definitely reconsider my purchase and would have gone to an authorised dealer, To avoid worry

Initially when my purchase arrived there was a minor issue which was quickly resolved and my experience was of a thoroughly professional trustworthy company. They also have as a separate exercise resolved a complex repair on a rare chronometer with skill and economic efficacy. Highly recommended company.

I bought a Rolex submariner from Vintage and Prestige at the Goodwood Revival. The watch was vintage but pristine and unworn from new. The staff are all so helpful and kind, both to me and my son. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The service is so much better than I received from my local Rolex dealer when buying a new submariner.

I have now purchased and sold a couple of watches through Vintage and Prestige and on each occasion Andrew has offered great insight and advice, has always been completely transparent and provided the highest levels of customer service. Buy with the knowledge that your purchase has provenance, has been checked and is risk free.
