literally waited a month and hadnt even left the warehouse, was on waiting to dispatch for 3 week. now its may and i ordered in february and i’m waiting on an £80 dispute 🙃 dont order from here unless you want to lose your money and never get your package

It's been a month now I've return all damaged and stained items back out of my pocket including the information you asked in the email.
I have sent asked information multiple times, and I still haven't received any refund, which is quite frustrating.

Fantastic range, easy to order. great price

Was only shipped out a couple of days ago as I said I would go to trading standards. It come like it arrived from temu the packaging was terrible, and loads of thread hanging out, zipper hardly works, not good quality at all so wouldn’t buy from here again. Also was contracting them through instagram and they were very rude to mex

My order was dispatched on 15 days ago and hasn’t arrived, contacted customer support and nothing but false promises and no order.
I won’t be using Vintage Club again or recommending then, not happy 😡

AVOID. I made a £150 order before Christmas, 3 sweatshirts and 3 football shirts. The website said I’d get free next day delivery which wasn’t questionable considering I spent that much. My order didn’t arrive until after Christmas, ruining presents however in the package there were only the 3 sweatshirts and a note saying “split delivery”. I contacted the company asking for a tracking number and wasn’t given one and 2-3 weeks later I received just 2 of the football tops although I ordered 3. I later found out these had been shipped from china making me question their authenticity. After much back and forth with the company and getting absolutely nowhere I raised a dispute with the merchant, bringing me to today where the merchant has sided with the company and apparently have proof of delivery?? I blame myself for not checking the reviews. It is impossible to receive a refund from this place, I’m shocked it hasn’t been closed down. I’m still pushing for my refund and you all should too!

Shocking level of service. I sent an item back for an exchange a month ago. I've chased them about 6-7 times via email for confirmation that they're sending out a replacement. Still nothing.

This company ships from China and sells counterfeit products. I order Carhaart products and was lured in by slightly cheaper prices. I didn't realise as the company did not state that the products were coming from China!

I would give zero stars if i could - all reviews you see on the website are fake, paid for 2 premium boxes, quality was terrible, hoodies without drawstrings, nothing compared to the quality you see on the website - took 4 weeks to arrive. Brutal. Do not waste your money.

Unfortunately minimum requirement of 1 star!! This company doesnt even deserve that.

Two mystery boxes ordered in December and the quality of the items were unfit for wear. Torn, stained etc.
Returned after being offered no refund but exchange for different products. Despite tracking showing it has been recieved by this company their lack of customer service responses are unreal, inadequate to say the least. Still havent had the issue resolved in almost 3 months. Would like it resolved but unfortunately not hopeful in the slightest.

Whilst I have no issue with the quality of their product their customer service is appalling. When ordering a top before Christmas I couldn’t find a size guide other than how to measure. I emailed and asked them if they had one, their reply just three words “yes we do.” No link to it or how can we be of more service.

I ended up buying three sizes. One of them fitted perfectly. I returned the other two as per their instructions online in January. It’s now the end of February and still no refund. I’ve even provided screenshots of the Royal Mail Tracking site showing it was delivered and signed for. They’re now ignoring my emails.

So, after visiting this site I was quite impressed with the cost of the sportswear and the fact "on promotion" you paid for 2 items and got a 3rd FREE! Now the site stated 48hr delivery but I ordered New Years Day, so did expect some delay. Not too bad actually as turned up on the 09/01. That is, not too bad until I actually opened the package. OMG!!! Two second hand items, one white that had been washed so many times it was grey and all bobbly, one blue which was so washed out parts of it was white and the only new/decent item was the FREE ONE!! Nightmare only just beginning. Returned all of the items, with cover letter and tracked as per site request. Waited 2 weeks after return received, no refund. Emailed them, got confirmation they had received the package, which they couldn't dispute as I had sent tracked, received cover letter, all good and my refund was in final stages of being processed. Waited another 2 weeks emailed again. Another reply with apologies and stating my refund should have been processed and it was now a priority. Another week & it was obvious the refund wasn't coming. Went to my payment issuer and fortunately due to online selling laws and the fact the idiots had already replied by email several times confirming I was entitled to a refund, the issuer is now chasing the refund. They have to give them 14 days to respond (11 days have passed) and at this time they still haven't responded, after which the case will automatically be found in my favour.
Absolute shocker of a "company", and i use the word company extremely loosely. Looks like they buy clothes from charity shops and sell them on at hugely inflated prices (to what they will buy them for). I cannot stress enough.....DO NOT BUY.

Reported to trading standards, complete scam. Ordered on December, didn’t receive for over a month. When items arrived, was shocking quality, spoke to ‘Dom’ from customer service and was helpful until I sent tracking number of items returned as proof when asked, yet to receive any communication back, been three weeks now and not heard anything about a refund or exchange after numerous emails, don’t waste your money as its a comple con for poor quality items.

The box I ordered was to parts and only 1 decided to turn up the quality was shocking and not what I expected not worth it DO NOT BUY also they aren’t willing to offer me a refund even though they stated that the quality was A but was atleast a C

Avoid like the plague. The clothes were all dirty and damaged. I returned them 2 months ago and still no refund. It’s a scam.

Terrible Company ran by cowboys I’ll never use them again and I have recommended my friends and family to stay clear of them and told them to tell others not to ever shop with them. They say there products are grade a they are more like grade c. Don’t trust them at all. You’ll waste your money, on false advertisement they give on their websites and ads. Been waiting nearly a month for them to resolve my issues and it’s still not resolved. They don’t deserve to have any business, no wonder they have such a low score on trust pilot
