I ordered a Christmas mystery box and received three items, all of which were in a poor state and smelt awful! I contacted Vintage Club’s customer service and was offered a full refund upon return of the items. The items were returned but 28 days later I am still waiting for confirmation from the company that the refund has been processed. Right now I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I have emailed customer service several times and have even contacted them on Instagram - where I was told ‘please don’t sent multiple emails, and we will respond in 24-48 hours’. Well it’s been 28 days and nothing! DO NOT USE VINTAGE CLUB UK!

Extremely Disappointing Quality & No Customer Care

I placed my first order with this company (Order No. 75564) and it will definitely be my last. For the premium prices they charge, I expected far better. Instead, almost every item arrived stained or damaged, and even after laundering the marks wouldn’t lift. I’ve paid far less elsewhere and received much higher quality clothing.

What makes it worse is that I emailed them to express my concerns, and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge it. No response, no apology, nothing.

Stay well clear. This has been a completely disappointing experience from start to finish.

I ordered 2 mystery boxes from this website I contacted customer support to cancel the order which they said was no problem, despite that I was still charged & the order was still dispatched. The order was delivered & took more than the 24 hours which was stated at checkout, I contacted customer support multiple times regarding the refund, I kept getting the same response from them "we're looking into it & will get back to you soon"

Awful company. I received my item but when I sent it back for an exchange I received nothing but generic emails clearly written by AI, with no information regarding my exchange or refund. I have emailed them every day since and they have ignored me. Scam company. Avoid.

Good communication from the start really, it matters.

In my 10 years of online shopping this is the wrost company ive dealt with.

Bought 3 shirts and I was very impressed with the quality, as was my son as one of them was for him. Two happy customers for the price of one! Would definitely order again. Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service. Items never arrived, no contact after that. Having to u go through credit card for refund.

If I could give it less stars I would. Absolute con artists. Delivery doesn’t turn up for months, yes months (ordered for Xmas got in feb) and when it does wrong sizes entirely, filthy and completely awful fakes. I honestly wouldn’t give the items to a charity shop. They ignore all emails and refuse refunds. I wish I’d never laid eyes on this beyond disgusting company. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Fake YSL ring on website

Advertised mystery boxes are a scam. 3 different boxes A, B and C should contain either 3, 5 or 8 items but even ordering 2 DIFFERENT boxes at the same time will only give you 6 items instead of at least 8 (3 in one and 5 in the other).
A jacket I ordered along with those boxes wasn't sent at all at first and we had quite an argument before we eventually received it. No way of getting the missing hoodies...
Both jacket and all the hoodies are of rather low quality, some of them even stained.

Awaiting a refund since December for £35, multiple emails back and forth apologies and apparently looking into this. Item returned received but still waiting on refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
Absolutely despicable company. Ordered what I thought was a gap hoody, it came and is full of holes! It’s completely unwearable and is very clearly fake. Requested a refund, ignored all my emails. Also paid for express delivery and it arrived a week late which I also requested a refund for. Attempting a chargeback through my bank.

Paid for postal insurance, 4th Feb it was "shipped" but never received by Royal mail. First emails were fine until I asked for a further update and was thinking of cancellation. I have now been ghosted by their support with no further emails or refund.

Will be making a claim back, complaint to Shopify and final trading standards.

Avoid, don't risk using this supplierb

Arrived promptly but discoloured white and dirty around the neck. Looks overworn and grubby. Very disappointing as a gift for my grandson.

Yet to be delivered. But easy order process for something retro. Brand new condition I hope. No other shop like this!
