Such a scam, ordered joggers they came very worn and no elastic. Thought we were safe to order as protected by 14 day on line return law. Still haven't had a refund after 4 month wait with proof of return.

I received my box of 10 items recently. This was my first order from Vintage Club UK after being tempted to purchase for months now.
I'd say 2 or 3 items were in need of repair due to pulled threads, or professional cleaning around the cuffs, collars and lowest part of the coats for example.
1 or 2 items were in good condition and fit to wear or resell with no concerns.
The other items showed the signs you would expect from Vintage clothing, i.e fading and slight misshaping.
Overall happy with the purchase. It's pot luck if you get a really special item, so will likely purchase again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMERS.
They are a joke , i have paid 100£ for 4 premium items + free Carhart piece.
They have sent 2 nike and 1 gap shirts , all from charity shops even thought i should have recieved 5 items.
I have returned all of them without even trying on because for 100£ i could have bought them brand new.
They told me to return tracked (i paid 14£ to royal mail ) and ever since the parcel was delivered to them they stopped answering.
This is the worst scamming website, dont you ever dare to order from them.
I have lost the money 100£ + 14£ tracked and signed return.

Ordered 18th Dec 3x 'replica football shirts' arrived from China on 3rd Jan.
Really bad fake copies with ink marks all over them (white shirts so not able to even try and pass off as originals). Absolutely no customer service with a different ticket number given every time you contact them. Have returned items which they say they haven't reviewed yet.
That was 4 weeks ago and 7 emails sent with no answer from them. Now in the hands of my bank as luckily paid by credit card. Thank you vintage club for spoiling my sons Xmas.

Do not order from here, the delivery is an absolute joke. I ordered an item around 2 weeks ago for my birthday and it’s still not even finished being packaged. Everytime you contact them they say that they’re escalating it but nothing changes. They’re a scam.

I ordered on Black Friday and received just before Christmas. The sleeves were too short and I returned the item. Tracked delivery. I saw the returnhad been delivered. And I waited. And I waited. I sent emails. I got one response- saying i needed to return the item - obviously I had done that!!! I’ve passed it to my credit card and they can wrangle with Vintage Club to get my money back.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever shopped with.

The item I ordered came damaged and with distinct smell. I retuned this item ( which you have to pay the delivery for returns ) only for them to keep delaying the return. It’s been months and months and the only response I keep getting is that they are working on it and as soon as it’s logged in their system, they will authorise the refund.

Your items are absolutely shocking! Ordered 3 football shirts in XL and two are true to size but the other is more like a medium! Also one of the kits my son can’t over his head as the opening is about three inches wide. Eighty quid for this sh!te

Bad company, avoid! I’m still waiting for my Kanye West T-shirt 3 weeks later and bad communication from them. Regret ordering from them.

Shockingly bad customer service. The item I ordered turned up stained and had obviously been shrunk by the previous owner and was in no way fit for purpose. The item was returned, in line with the companies policy well over a month ago with Proof of Postage/Delivery provided them on two separate occasions, I have received no less than 5 separate promises the refund is being processed, yet here I am with no goods and no refund. DO NOT TRUST.

I was looking for a hooded carhartt jacket for a very long time and didn’t have any luck finding the one that I wanted. As soon as I discovered vintage club uk I was in awe of the range of vintage clothing they have. It was a really easy to use website and payment was able to be made fast and efficiently. I’m definitely going to be buying more items from vintage club uk and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I meet! Looking forward to shopping with you again soon!

Do not buy from here! Christmas present came with a big mark on it had to return it is now February I’ve emailed multiple times of proof with it sent back and they keep saying we will look into it I ordered in November it is now February no refund no jumper just £26 down

Honestly.. if I could give less than the one star I totally would, what a serously v unpleasant horrible first experience ordering with yourselves ‘vintage Club Uk’ after my first time purchasing x2 products items thought I would try out what was advertised in a Men’s adult size M, on arrival of delivery taking the items out of the packaging for the first time visibly you could clearly see the jumpers were no where near a Size M, I can even for into a size S from else where but, attempting to try these two hoodie on they were seriously unbelievable super uncomfortably tight on the arms and shoulder are, no where near enough material going from my shoulders to my waist area leaving my hip pelvis area completely exposed, the jumper is only just about covering my belly button so again due to the lack of size false advertisement no where near a adult men’s size M not to mention the v unpleasant strong overbearing horrible smell on the fabric material, faded stains / markings pretty much all over which looked like they’ve been attempted to have been washed out so many times the material naturally clearly has had it had and is very much fading away - I have returned these items and I have obviously complained raising these problems and yet what a surprise two weeks later having received the product items back as asked and yet they still haven’t responded have not yet issued a refund lack of support terrible unprofessional communication system seriously v upset underwhelmed so unfortunately frustrating will certainly be raising these issues with my bank and obviously getting my money back now they have received the products items back and yet have had plenty more than enough time to deal with the issue and yet they still haven’t leaving me with no choice but to be honest and share my experience. Seriously guys stay well away unless you want the hassle / so unnecessarily stressful how a website like this can operate work the way they are absolutely disgusting you should totally be ashamed of yourselves. Would NOT recommend

Happy to upload photos of the faulty / false incorrect size hoodies honestly I doubt they would even fit a teenager they have shrunken that much shocking! No where near a men’s adults size M what an absolute waste of time

I see you’re on InstaGram Social Media so I would also be reporting your account on there as well to taking the absolute literally taking ridiculously long taking the damn right p*** not having yet giving me my money back even though again you have had plenty of time to resolve the issue happy to upload photo evidence of the faulty incorrect x2 product items……

My experience with this company has been abysmal, DO NOT buy from them. Ordered a shirt on Black Friday as a Christmas present, it didn’t arrive till after Christmas over a month after I ordered it so I had to get a replacement present and returned the shirt. After returning it I still haven’t received a refund. Absolute scam company and reported to trading standards as genuinely don’t think they should be operating.

Received my item quickly before Christmas a Celtic hoody for £40. On arrival it was really faded and couldn't have given it as a Christmas present! I sent it back to them for a refund which royal mail received delivered on the 7th January and I'm still chasing for a refund! Keep getting fobbed off and saying they will look into it urgently bit not even confirmed they have it!! Worst experience I have ever had. Avoid buying from them at all costs.
