Tub was well packaged and looks gorgeous.

My tub accessory came two days after ordering... And got my tub 6 months ago from vintage tub and is amazingly comfortable and equally beautiful.

Great product. Excellent customer service. installation instructions not clear or detailed. Essentially had to figure it out on my own, which I did.
All is good now!

Mine was an excellent experience at Vintage Tub. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and consummate professionals. I will definitely shop there again and have already told family and friends about the outstanding products and customer service provided there.

The first tub I ordered, I called customer service after a week of no notice of shipment. I was told I should get notice soon, the next day I was told the tub was on back order til the end of the next month. I chose to pick a different tub that was close to the first. It still took another week and a half before i got notice of shipment and another 3 days for it was delivered. The delivery company was ok and the driver was nice and waited for my crew to move the tub. I would order from the company again but only if a customer request.

The quality is very much worth the price. And the customer service is top notch!

It took a few more days to get the tub shipped than I would have liked, but the tub arrived perfectly. After we set the tub in place, we decided we wanted a different look, so we packed it up and returned it. Vintage Tub helped us by explaining the return process to us, and our money was refunded promptly.

Our new tub was delivered promptly, right on schedule. Everything in the package was exactly as described. There was no damage and we had no issues at all. I would order again without hesitation.

I bought two vanity mirrors from them. One arrived damaged. They took care of the problem immediately. I worked with Teresa in customer service...she was great.

The tub is nothing like the picture, Customer service and travel time is excellent, above excellent communication for an online service, but the product itself, very cheap looking way to tall, not what i would expect a claw foot tub to look like. But that is what chance you take by shopping online. and no instructions, to put together. Very disappointed.

Simple, easy, correct and decent price. What more do you want? I haven’t had anything long enough to judge the product.
