Great, affordable tub!
My tub shipment was delayed about a month from the original date, but other than that, scheduling delivery was easy. The tub arrived with some box damage but it didn't impact the tub itself and the quality was just as the site described. I would order again purely due to the affordability compared to other big box stores.

okay good enough quality but not great service
Placed the order and then decided I'd like to change the finish of the tub connection. Sent an email the same day on Sunday and the next day they messaged that it was already being prepared to ship- which it wasn't actually shipped or received for over a week so just not impressed with customer service. Felt like drop ship kind of vibes. Tub is very beautiful I just would perhaps go with another company next time. Shipping and chasing that down also wasn't a 5 start experience. Some of the fitting were a little off center and try as we might, the plumber and handyman and all the professionals couldn't straighten it out.

Shipment was incomplete, missing one of the items ordered, contacted vintage Tub and they had another one shipped out immediately. Great customer service, definitely recommended.

I ended up returning my purchased item because we decided to go a different direction in our bathroom. It was unclear during the return process whether a shipping label would be provided or was at the expense of the customer. I ended up paying about $20 to return the item. After I received the refund, the amounts didn't add up -- sales tax is required to be refunded on returns -- the full amount was not returned to me, and customer service stopped responding to me when I inquired about it. Wouldn't really recommend even though the products are beautiful!

The whole process was easy. The quality and expectations were met. The delivery was a breeze. Highly recommend the product and company.
Deceiving pictures and bad customer service
The vanity I purchased arrived with the backsplash broken and they only reimbursed $150 which doesn't cover the price of a backsplash yet alone the time lost on the project. Customer service is horrible. They say they will call you back but they do not. In addition, the vanity I ordered is a complete different color than what was pictured.

Customer service is extremely painful
Customer service is extremely disappointing. After first contacting vintage tub and bath I was told to send pictures to an email for a manager to review. I sent photos and received no response, I emailed again and still no response. I then did a follow up call and was told a manager would call me back, nobody called me. I called for a third time and again was told a manager would follow up with me- big surprise no one contacted me. I would not do business with this company they are very unhelpful and unreliable.

Ordering online can be a task
Ordering online can be a task, yes, it's easy but not seeing a bathroom vanity (especially when you are ordering a separate top from the vanity itself) in person was somewhat difficult for me. However, once I knew what I wanted, Vintage Tub was very helpful and walked through the process with me, patiently.
Good product but make sure you call if there's even a slight delay with shipping.
Stated shipping timeframe on the site at the time of order AND on the receipt was 5-10 business days. I tend to be fairly reasonable when it comes to delivery timeframes but finally called after 15 business days. The individual on the first phone call was not able to provide any information and said she would call me back when she knew more. I waited two more business days to receive the call back and it never came. When I called back again this person was able to tell me that low and behold it would be shipping THAT DAY! Wow, what a coincidence. Honestly it appears as though my order found it's way through the cracks and was just sitting there. I give two stars because the product did make it to me safely and it's as advertised. The issue is this definitely impacts my timelines for completing this work with narrow windows to work in.
The tub that I received was not at all…
The tub that I received was not at all like the picture that was on your web site, and when I tried to just exchange it in hopes that you would wave the return fee I was fully ingnored. I will never buy from your sight again. I will return to signature hardware where it was not a problem to return an item I was not happy with.

very poor customer service
I am a pro customer. Ordered a utility sink and ultimately received the wrong mounting bracket. Notified the person who sent it too me and was told by email "we" would get back to you. Emailed several times with no response after not hearing anything back for several days.Finally heard back after 10 days and informed me that they only deal with orders and that customer service would need to help me. Why were the last 3 emails not responded to to tell me this? When customer service took over they just simply re-ordered the same bracket that does not fit. I have informed them of such and no response after 2 days. Very poor experience.
Tub came in great shape
Tub came in good condition and a well packed container. It is great looking in our bathroom. Our remodel isn't completed so we haven't been able to use it yet. Very happy with our purchase.

Waiting on credit for return.
I purchased a freestanding faucet that did not come with a floor mount plate. The item was returned with an understanding the credit back to the account would be 8 -10 business days. The return was processed on 8/31; 10 business days have passed and I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I have not installed the bathtub yet and will hold off until I receive the credit for the faucet. If no credit, I will return the bathtub.
