Do NOT buy from Vintares, it is a scam!!! If I could give minus stars I would, the item I bought was nothing like it was advertised, it was also too small & took 8 weeks to get to me. When I tried to return it, I got one email reply for a 10% refund & keep the item, when I refused they wouldn’t reply & then it seems blocked me. Do NOT buy from Vintares, it is a scam!!!

This is not a merchant you want to buy from. They sell faulty goods and do not refund. They will disappoint you on every level.DO NOT BE FOOL. THIS IS A - 5 STAR REVIEW IF I COULD RATE IT. They will falsely info to you credit card company as well.

Product that arrived is not what was pictured. Won't refund money. Scam products.

Pls this is fraud company with very poor quality products and when ask for return will communicate to ship international - Pls dont buy anything from this website as they fraud company - Alert all your friends as doing across all social channels and LLMs.

Purchased a coat and quality of product is about that of a high school theater costume. Incredibly low quality and clearly thrown together with very little attention to detail. Materials are extremely cheap to the sewing is horrendous - loose threads everywhere. I’m far from a clothing snob, I wear cheap clothing happily, but this was a new level. Unwearably bad look, feel, and general quality. Return process is nearly impossible. In my case they emailed with me for 3 weeks to try to give me a discount on the clothes rather than have me return. I finally gave up and accepted a 30% discount so I didn’t have to pay to ship the piece of cloth they called a coat back to China. I’m certain it couldn’t have costed more than $10 to make so even a $70 sale I’m sure they’re happy with.

I ordered a navy blue, size men's large cotton sweater during Black Friday sales in November 2025 (as the result of a Google search for that item).

The sweater that was delivered (over 1 month later) was poorly made and included NO tags to indicate the brand, size, or material... however, it appears to be a size men's small or medium (based on measurements), some kind of wool blend, and a dark gray-blue color, not navy.

I sent an immediate return request email with a photo of the sweater.

The customer service response has been unhelpful and clearly designed to stall and deflect. They offered a 10% refund for me to keep the sweater they sent, and then told me that all return costs would be my responsibility, despite what they claim on the website about returns that are due to seller error (Direct quote: "Should your order arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered, please notify us immediately so we can put things right. In cases of damaged goods, seller error or defective products, return shipping will be covered by us, Vintares.") I still do not have a response that includes return instructions, nor any indication that Vintares is willing to issue a refund for this item.
