Vinted told me thats if I wanted my…

Vinted told me thats if I wanted my money back for a damaged item I was sent, then I would need to break the law and endanger postal staff and still post a damaged flammable aerosol. When questioned about this they claimed it was their process and could do nothing. Been going around in circles with their so called customer service.

Horrendous experience with customer…

Horrendous experience with customer care after experiencing an issue with a parcel.

The buyer never collected the package and it was sent back to me. However, at some point in the journey, the package was lost. I no longer have the sold item or the money paid for it and remain out of pocket.

Customer care refuses to assist in any way, and are adamant their policies ensure “consistent and reliable” service.

This has been anything but that. This is extremely disappointing for an otherwise great app/service.

I hate the new feature of showing products in the US! It's so misleading - I click on an item listed as £4, only to then be slapped with £8.00 shipping fees upon checkout?! And there's no option to filter it out either. I'm done with Vinted.

Being a dialysis patient it was very difficult for me to do any job. Also a mother of a toddler. Vintage gave me a platform to earn for myself and my daughter. I don't need a special time or to neglect my daughter to do job at vinted. Thank you.

Coustumer service very poor and slow,now Vinted started to blocked account and pushed seller to apply for Pro Vinted to get money from buyers ad well,so u have to pay from your second hand clothes %to them,better I will give to the charity without lost my time and without any stress, Vinted bye!

No humans work for vinted so heaven help if you have an issue.

A despicable company with zero customer service. You can only email and all the replies are generated by chatbots/AI. Generic responses that don't solve issues. Quite honestly companies like this deserve to go bust. This will be another account I delete. If I could give negative stars, I would! Use another platform. Honestly I would rather see eBay revived than Vinted thrive.

I have just dropped a customer purchase…

I have just dropped a customer purchase to an a relay supplier however I was given no receipt or proof parcel is with them for delivery.

I was told this comes via the vinted app but nothing to say I have done this.

Would be hesitant about using relay again as l could potentially be out of pocket! No idea if this will get to the buyer or not!!!

Vinted's dispute process has resulted…

Vinted's dispute process has resulted in me losing both my item and my payment to a buyer with no valid claim. I sold a 100% genuine Pandora ME Link Chain Bracelet. The buyer raised a counterfeit claim with no evidence whatsoever — her only reasoning was that the bracelet felt "light and flimsy." She then admitted in writing "I don't want it regardless" — proving from the start this was buyer's remorse, not a genuine concern.

I submitted comprehensive authenticity evidence to Vinted support, including:
- Close-up photos of the "PANDORA" engraving on the clasp
- Close-up photos of the official "ALE MET" Pandora hallmark
- The original Pandora product bag with full product code (569662C00-2), barcode (5700303007847), and store price of £150
- Screenshots from the official Pandora website (uk.pandora.net) showing the identical bracelet with the exact same markings

Despite all of this, Vinted claimed they "didn't receive enough information to prove authenticity" and approved a return. Multiple agents handled this case with no continuity. My evidence appears to have never been properly reviewed. My escalation requests were ignored. I was even threatened with a permanent account ban — essentially accused of selling counterfeit goods despite clear and verifiable evidence to the contrary.

I refused to request the return for one very valid reason: the buyer had told me she owns another Pandora bracelet. If I accepted a return, I had no protection against her sending back her own item or a counterfeit in place of mine. Vinted's process completely failed to address this fraud risk.

Because I refused to request the return, Vinted cancelled the order entirely and refunded the buyer in full. The buyer now has my genuine £150 Pandora bracelet AND her money back. I am out the bracelet, out the payment, and have no recourse.

This is not a dispute resolution. This is theft, facilitated directly by Vinted's failed process. An honest seller has been left with nothing while a buyer with no evidence has walked away with both the item and a refund.

I am now reporting this to Action Fraud, Citizens Advice, and Trading Standards. I will be pursuing every avenue available to recover my property and my money.

Sellers, beware. No matter how much evidence you provide, no matter how genuine your item, Vinted will not protect you. Their dispute process is broken and dangerous.

Parcel sizes are terrible and ive had…

Parcel sizes are terrible and ive had to organise parcels outside of your suggested couriers. Im not sure I'd sell on vinted again as the purchasers choose the wrong postal types. Ive lost a lot of faith in ebay or vinted as we dont get the money untill the purchaser clicks on received which they dont always do

Long winded

The whole selling process is long winded, 5 days for delivery, then seller gets 2 days to collect, then another two days to mark as ok, then vinted hold on to your money for another two days (gaining interest)... not ideal if you want to make quick cash... easier to sell at the car boot.

Customers completely ignored.

What a shambolic excuse for a company.
Recently Vinted has enabled sellers to ship internationally and because of this have restructured UK sizing so it falls into line with sizing in other countries.
Except it doesn’t. UK sizing cannot be translated and so now looking for clothing items has become an absolute nightmare and you will get a range of sizes shown even if you type in your exact size.
Absolutely ridiculous and I’m now done with this app.
