Absolutely fed up with the new sizing, small is sizes 8 and 10, I’m a size 10, pretty much everything I click on is a size 8. Absolutely infuriating and ridiculous they changed the sizing who wants to sift through 2 different sizes

When buying items the delivery is painfully slow and the so called "buyer's protection" is worthless
When selling getting your money is equally as slow, usually at least two weeks.
Makes eBay look excellent!!

Have only been selling items on Vinted over the last month and was amazed to see things I'd listed being sold on the same day. Ebay is never like this. The attention seems to have dropped off but it's nice to see that people are still viewing my items. Vinted has made
the whole process of selling very simple imo as every item i've sold has provided a qr code which I can simply scan in post office as I despatch my items. That bit is easy peasy. Altogether there haven't been any problems so far, touch wood. I do, however, also think Vinted could provide more customer service and make sure there is a genuine, real life person to ask queries of.

Buying and selling is easy with Vinted. No hassle unlike some other sites.

The last 4 out of 5 items on Vinted have been fake. The site seems to accept this as there is no action taken against the sellers. I am closing account and staying with Ebay. Also when you have to return the items that are fake you meed to pay the postage. I am going to find out how i can take this further starting with trading standards.

Vinted’s customer service is horrendous,

I’ve had multiple issues with blatantly dodgy sellers and every single time I’ve gone to support, they’ve been completely useless. Not once have they actually stepped in and resolved anything properly. Instead, they hide behind generic responses and somehow manage to side against the person who’s actually done everything right.

It honestly feels like there are no real rules being enforced. Sellers can behave like complete cowboys — misrepresent items, mess people around — and Vinted just lets it happen. Meanwhile, if you’re the one trying to do things properly, you’re the one who gets screwed over.

There’s zero accountability, zero protection, and zero confidence in the platform. Calling it “support” is laughable — it’s more like being left to fend for yourself while they pretend to care.

At this point, using Vinted feels like taking a risk every single time. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any help — because you won’t get it.

I used to love vinted! I still use it sometimes but recently, I’ve noticed an influx of half naked women selling “tops” to perverted men. I’ve reported it a few times and they did nothing. Sadly, I’ve seen underage girls selling these things too and vinted still did nothing. I can’t support that.

Absolutely appalling experience . Tried to sell a dress with no success. Thought I'd try again with a Dune handbag and matching shoes. They then blocked me as said I was selling fake goods! They were originally bought from Debenhams department store and were NOT fake . I tried to appeal and they have now banned me . Madness .I will stick with eBay in future (have over 500 positive feedbacks there)

App is so easy to use, so more inclined to buy and sell on here rather than anywhere else

What a fantastic way to recycle, great with keeping people up to date where their parcel is and when their sold items are. Love it.

Really good place to buy and sell items customer service is also amazing and everyone so far is very polite and helpful

Too many fake ads, i go to the trouble of sending a link to the real ad, usually at a must higher price but they refuse to remove them, i can only assume its vinted staff that post them as they wont remove fake ads, shame i had to leave one star

Purchased something off Vinted which was described as new.the item was a pair of trainers blue and white what was delivered was a pair of trainers and the soles was different colour also the seller painted the bottom of one shoe white so I pay postage both ways and buyer protection fee to Vinted I have contacted Vinted and they tell me to sort with the seller .DONT PAY BUYER PROTECTION AS THEY DONT GIVE YOU ANY
