Order not delivered, asked to wait until 25 days, then I could ask for a refund, followed the refund process, it now been over a month and they still have my money £25. No reply just told to wait, pay a protection fee for this scenario, what's the point, I will be deactivating my account when eventually resolved, just be careful with this site not all its cracked up to be.

Over all Vinted is good for buyers, and seller too but when selling the seller doesn’t get the money until it arrives at customer then had to wait 1-2 more days after that to then receive….

I am very disappointed with the experience my mother has had on Vinted, and more importantly, my 66 year old mother has been left quite upset by the manner in which she has been treated.
She is retired and recently joined Vinted as a way to enjoy selling items she finds while charity shopping something she genuinely loves. One of the items she listed was a genuine Ralph Lauren dress, complete with all original tags and labels.
Out of nowhere, she received an email accusing her of fraudulent activity and informing her that her account had been banned. This was completely unexpected and very distressing for her. She immediately responded, providing proof of purchase and additional photos to show the item was authentic.
Despite her efforts to cooperate and clear things up, she was simply told that the decision was final and that she could not appeal. No proper explanation, no fair review just a blanket ban.
This is completely unacceptable. I am genuinely frustrated, and my mother has been left very upset by the situation why I am writing this review. It has knocked her confidence and taken away something she truly enjoyed.
Vinted seriously needs to review how they handle cases like this, especially when users are willing to provide clear evidence and engage honestly.

Vinted is a great platform for selling items.I have been with them for 18 months now and its easy to use , few issues with parcels going missing but it happens Vinted are very helpful and get any issues sorted .

Help me to clear out the things I don’t need anymore & making some money as well.

Vinted is on a blocking spree ! Today I got a 3 day ban for no reason at all there is nobody to speak to ! Horrendous company appalling customer service

Hi I would even give Vinted 1 star customer service is probably the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. The don’t understand they can’t even sort any issues I must of sent the same email 10 times

Letting people sell over priced new released pokemon games triple the price they bought them for. Some people class it as scalping. Its daylight robbery for parents who cannot get a game at retail. Shame on vinted

It’s a simple process to sell unwanted clothes that are still in perfect condition and the money can be used towards purchasing something new that would be worn.
The hassle is taken out of the process because the postage is arranged for you. All that is needed is a suitable bag for posting the item/s.
The follow-up is handled well and the money is held until you request a bank transfer.
I have sold several items and it’s been a great experience with most people being very cooperative. All communication is handled via Vinted and is worry free.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone who thinks their clothing or whatever they no longer need is still worth money.

Sadly my lovely mum passed away in December. She was, right up to her hospital admission, beautifully dressed. She left a huge collection of clothes which do not fit me. Vinted has been my saviour. I have managed to sell well and raise alot of money for chosen charity. I know people have chosen carefully. Easy to use and exciting to see people favour outfits and of course buy

Good app but wouldn’t download it no more since they have biased standards on their policies. If a buyer wants to keep the item and prefers a refund they will support the buyer more than the seller as even if the seller is on the right. I have lost a lot of money due to this and Vinted got to fix their support team and solution centre as they will loose a lot of clients this way.

Very disappointing experience with Vinted.

I wanted to use the app properly, but I found out that I cannot change my account country. Support told me that I would need to delete my current account and create a new one with a different email address, and even use a different phone number.

Before this, I had already paid £5 for a listing boost. Since I can no longer properly use this account, I asked for a refund, but Vinted refused and said boosts are non-refundable.

I understand policies, but this experience was very inconvenient and frustrating. The support was not flexible and did not offer a fair solution. Because of this, I will no longer use Vinted.

This platform is GREAT-So easy to use and active audience-Good products and everything is easy to use. It has strict rules and thats the good and bad part as well. Easy listing and everything else. Really enjoying my time here.
