Simple and efficient, great way to make room in your wardrobe and fint new homes for products you once loved.

I added my bank account with no issues, made payments with it. Then when i had sold a few items went to withdraw to find that same bank number is now removed and called invalid. I have spent days talking to vinted “customer service “ that is just auto replies, and they refuse to investigate escalate or help. They legally owe me money under contract forms, this is theft!

I’ve been trying to withdraw my balance from Vinted for days. The platform only accepts Swedish bank accounts, but my valid European IBAN (Revolut, Lithuania) gets rejected with no explanation. When I contacted support, I received copy-paste responses telling me to “use a Swedish bank account” — which I don’t have, and which they know isn’t a solution.
I explicitly asked for an alternative. No one offered one. I mentioned filing a complaint with ARN and still received a generic follow-up response hours later.
This isn’t a technical glitch — it’s a policy that locks out users with non-traditional banking, with zero support to resolve it. My money is sitting in my account and I cannot access it. That’s not acceptable.

It’s so easy to use

I like how easy it is to post what you sell, but because of the extra price for costumer safety and delivery costs its more likely to buy something brand new in the store.

It's so simple and easy to use

I ordered two headphones from one client. I received a package with only 1 pair. I made a claim. The client from whom I purchased started sending me treathening messages right away, saying he would come to my house to harm me. Meanwhile Vinted wanted me to provide photos. I provided photos and asked them how to act with the treathening bevaviour. They replied ignoring my questions completely, again asking for photos. I provided the photos again and also asked them to react to my questions about the treathening behaviour. Again I received a request to provide photos and my question is completely ignored. It's been 8 days now and literally nothing happened. It's like a robot is just doing the same loop. It's probably the worst customer service I have seen in years. Besides that, postnord weighs their packages, so it's very easy for them to check if the package adds up to 2 sets of headphones or only one. I will update once I get a reply, but this whole experience makes you want to avoid this app.

Very easy to post a product if it is not an expensive brand garment because then they immediately think it is fake and remove the article. I have tried twice with a Canada Goose vest that has not been allowed to be sold or even posted on Vinted, that is the only minus I have to give.

Scam company! be aware

Very disappointing experience with Vinted when it comes to counterfeit luxury items.

The platform appears heavily flooded with replica Mulberry bags, and despite reporting multiple obvious fakes, the listings often remain active or receive what feels like automatic responses within minutes. In one case, Vinted only acted after repeated escalation and eventually confirmed themselves that the bag was counterfeit.

That is concerning, because these items are not particularly difficult to identify if proper due diligence is performed. It seriously makes me question how robust the moderation and authentication process really is on the platform.

Customer support was polite throughout the process, but the bigger issue remains: counterfeit luxury items seem far too easy to list and sell on Vinted before any meaningful action is taken.

Buyers should be extremely cautious and not rely solely on the platform’s checks when purchasing designer items.

It's easy, comfortable and affordable. I am now an expert in packaging. Also a lot to choose from. Sometimes too good to bee true, but mostly, people are honest and nice. (But some use too much softener:)

I have been a loyal Vinted seller and buyer for many years, spending significant money on the platform. Here is my honest experience:

AS A BUYER: I have received multiple fake and low-quality items. In every case, the return was at my own expense and Vinted's buyer protection was useless. I lost money silently rather than fight a broken system.

THE FINAL STRAW: Last year I bought a Marc Jacobs bag on Vinted as a birthday gift for my daughter. Vinted processed and completed the transaction without any issue. This year, when I tried to resell that SAME bag, Vinted's automated bot flagged it as counterfeit. The platform that sold it to me was now calling it fake. I was humiliated in front of my daughter and my 50+ loyal customers.

THE PROCESS: I submitted full proof — purchase confirmation, photos, labels, everything. I was met with automated responses, bot replies, and a 120-hour wait. When a human finally responded, they issued a "final decision" refusing to acknowledge the evidence. After I escalated with a formal legal complaint referencing the DSA and ARN, the block was suddenly lifted — but with a 30-day penalty recorded on my account as if I had violated their rules.

I have paid Vinted for years through commissions and promoted listings. This is how they treat long-term, verified, 5-star sellers.

I have filed a formal complaint with ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) and Konsumentverket. Vinted's automated systems are damaging innocent sellers with zero accountability.
