Hi,

As you understand from my post in English, I am not Danish...

At Vinther Biler, I bought a car for the price of 184920 Kr.
My contribution was 37552Kr.
Then, Vinther Biler proposed a loan on that car (Santander). This, as written on Vinther Biler sales agreement, was supposed to cost 2840Kr (+ the interests, of course!).

But I just figured out that Santander charged 18563Kr more as another registration fee. At the end, the car will cost 206000kr (+ interest) which was clearly not what I agreed on (184920Kr-37551Kr + interest )!
Of course, Vinther Biler never mentioned that to me, or maybe they just forgot (I would never have bought that car, or I would have find another loan if I would have knew), and I just discovered it by chance, having a closer look to the monthly statement.

It seems that I signed a contract with Santander (Strange, I never got any copy from Vinther Biler, and now getting one from Santander will cost me 500Kr! But I assume I signed it). I was trusting this guy at that time...

They were usually so quick to answer my emails, but now Vinther Biler doesn't reply anymore :(

I have been scammed by this guy (Kristian) and I can just recommend to anyone (especially the non-Danes) not to go to this garage, except if you like to be screwed... deep!
Now I will try to find a legal way to sort this out, maybe with consumer Ombudsman or maybe directly with a lawyer (There are other discrepancies between sales agreement and loan contract, that may be good for me!), but it's probably gonna be extremely complicated, the lawyer I know said.
I’m sure I got abused because I don’t speak Danish, so I'm an easy target. As I don't understand Danish, it is so easy to forget telling me that I will lose 18000Kr on whatever fee...

And if this does not work my money is lost but not my honor! The only thing I can do: negative publicity! It won't bring my money back but at least I will feel better!

Car sellers are the same everywhere... even in Denmark! They would lie to their own Mom to get 5Kr... or more ;)
