So far so good. Pre ordered my flooring at an excellent price. I was able to do this despite slightly exceeding the end of sale date. Friendly staff too. Can't wait for this to arrive!

Excellent service Natalia Thank you 😊
Thank you for your excellent service Natalia you have been extremely helpful and patient with me. I recommend your boss gives you a pay rise. Thank you getting me what I wanted at a good price. I hope my planks of vinyl will not be damaged. The price of postage was absolutely crazy £145.00.that took my breath away.

Samples never turned up…
Sample never turned up and 2 requests to send again were ignored. This might be a very good company but they failed at the first hurdle. They took 6 months to reply to my less than favourable review in which time the samples STILL haven’t arrived. Says it all…

We’re very sorry to hear that your sample did not reach you and that your follow-up requests were not handled as expected. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.

Very good flooring (bought spc herringbone), installation is easy, there's a great video on the website for this! Only issue is that we will need underlay despite built in underlay on the floor planks- but due to our uneven floor!
Definitely recommend this company, good communication on delivery.

One of the best Companies I’ve dealt with
From the choices, offers, price, customer service, samples, delivery cannot fault anything at all. From my experience so far this has to be one of the most switched on companies I’ve bought from.
The sample and accompanying letter arrived swiftly, high quality sample and no a tiny inch square you sometimes get.
Very impressed I’d ordering my flooring from them for my new house and can’t wait to see it fitted.
