I bought a Viofo A229 Pro 2ch and some accessories. Quick delivery, good product and nice customer service experience after I requested an adjustment of my order.

I ordered the A329 with the battery BP100 a few weeks ago. After some delay with shipments and out of stock of the BP100, the stuff arrived! VIOFO Benelux was always in contact about the delays. It was easy to install in a Nissan Note 2011 and works great. I’m still looking for the best settings in combination with the BP100 and it should be fine if there was a quick best settings card with the battery pack. And it should be so nice if it was possible to use first the car battery and instead of switching the A329 switches off, it will switch to the BP. So the window of use will be bigger! But it’s great stuff, easy to install and great to use, well done VIOFO!

This is my Second dashcam from viofo and its still simple and great.
Fast Delivery, as usual.

I tried contacting VIOFO Benelux support five times between February 9–12 and never received a single response. Each time the web form confirms submission with a polite “thank you, we will get back to you” — but no one ever does.
Their “30 days money back” policy sounds reassuring. In reality, the return form claims the order does not exist, redirects you to a contact form with an endless CAPTCHA challenge (buses, crosswalks, fire hydrants… you name it), and when you finally find an email address, that goes unanswered as well.
Interestingly, they seem to have time to reply to reviews here on Trustpilot, but not to actual customer support requests sent through their official channels.
As a paying customer, basic communication should not be this difficult. At this point, it’s complete silence.

Ordered a Dashcam with SD-Card and Hardwire Kit. Everything but the SD-Card arrived. Only after many attemps to communicate they wrote that the missing SD-Card is correct and that they juust dont have any. Still its marked as delivered. Even after weeks I didnt get a Card or any informationen.
Feels like a Scam.
Hope PayPal gives me my money back. They havent reacted in the opened case for the whole time.

Good Dashcam but too expensive.

I like the dashcam because it gives me a good feeling for accidents. It is a small almost non visible cam for others.

On the bad side is the price. Especially because of the accessoires that I have to order. My Dashcam already costs 230€. I have to buy a Micro SD card, cable to use the parking mode, also I have to order adapter for the parking cable... Also I should order the CPL Filter (i didnt buy it yet).
The in my opinion only optional buy is the Bluetooth Button to save the Video (that is a cool tool in my opinion).

The "lock the video" command works sporadic (even without playing music in the car). Because of that i always have to lean forward and click on the save button.

It is not possible to take the dashcam out of the car to use it at home to transfer the video. You have to take the Micro SD card out.

The viofo anti static sticker holds well on the front windshield but on the rearwindshield it fell of few times.

The video quality is good. I like the possibility to change a few options.

Overall there are a few improvements that needs to be done.

Super fast delivery and service. The dashcam is very good in perfomance and quality. The VIOFO App works quite well too.

The product has been delivered very quickly and well packed. As they offer fuse adapters, which suits your vehicle, the installation is also easier. I would recommend it.

Perfect quality camera which is pretty small so doesnt block the view, that is big plus from me

As a previous A119 V3 owner, I decided to buy another Viofo camera for my new car. After careful consideration, I took a chance on the A119 Mini 2. The camera is excellent in every way, and most importantly, it has Wi-Fi, which I missed in the previous version, allowing for easy video download and quick setup. The camera performs very well in the evening and at night, and most license plates are easily readable. 1 Additionally, the Viofo Benelux support has been excellent!
