One of the WORST companies!
One of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Extremely rude staff and unreliable customer service agents!
Definitely NOT recommended.
Very disappointed and had very bad experience with them.
If I had time, I would definitely sue these people for their malpractice!

This review is not based on genuine experience. Customer left fake reference number and fake contact 10 digits mobile number which we can not get in touch with her. We have requested customer to leave us genuine contact details so we can look into it further.

Superb and prompt support
Superb and prompt support. There was an issue with my PAC code (not VIPnumbers fault), but VIPnumbers sorted everything for me. Given that it was over the Festive period, the speed of response was superb! Highly recommended company.

You can’t go wrong with this company
You can’t go wrong with this company. Everything you see is black and white ! YOU choose the number YOU like , the cost is next to it , so you know what your paying, that’s it ! As simple and brilliant as that !! . Any help you need you just what’s app them and they are there to help you 100%. They even sent me the link to enter the PAC code to have my number transferred over to my Vodafone contract.
I can only say it’s brilliant, it’s honest , it works , and it’s easy !!! If you want a flash number then This is where you need to go. There that good here I am putting my word on it , this company are the best 👍100% satisfaction

Absolutely Incredible Service
Last night at 9.14 pm I bought a special number and I was helped by Mark. The whole process was incredibly easy. Mark has been fantastic throughout. He has even called me this morning (a Saturday) and talked me through the whole process as well as sending me emails to explain how to transfer my number. The product and service is SIX Star. He has told me to call him back if I have any issues with EE.
Please use this company, they are amazing. FYI, I have spent 52 years in the customer service industry and I know good service when I get it. I have zero hesitation in praising this company.
