Reliable and hardworking movers. Ace and his team went above & beyond and were able to adapt to our needs as the move progressed. I highly recommend VIP Pro Movers!

The movers were great and worked hard. Can’t say the same for customer service that set up my loading of a POD. Movers showed up mostly unprepared and that was caused by lack of communication from their office. I can only recommend the 2 movers but not the company. Also, way too much electronic communication rather than one on one.

They were absolutely excellent!! Quick, skilled, efficient, professional. Exceptional!! Not a scratch on anything. They were also very nice. Thank you.

From the initial phone call I knew this was the company I wanted to manage my move. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was absolutely the reason for my decision to use VIP pro moving co. He deserves a raise. It wasn’t just the reasonable pricing it was his personality and ability to ease my concerns. He was thorough & thoughtful. The day of the move couldn’t have gone better. Great experience with very professional team from VIP Pro Moving. 3 great guys led by Urmat came right on time, took great care of our furniture and went out of their way to make this moving experience better than I have ever experienced before.

The movers arrived on time and were very professional. The company did not add hidden fees.

Communication was great and movers were careful and very pleasant to work with. Pricing was consistent with other quotes I got.

The scheduling process was great & I would like to note that nothing was damaged, but I was overall not happy with my moving experience. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment & a storage unit (used to keep boxes for my job in the same building). Both areas were in the 1st and 2nd floor. They took 2.5 hours to pack everything up while me and my boyfriend assisted them (everything packed beforehand). Then, they arrived at my new home address in 1.15 hr when it was 45 min away,I had to call and ask where they were & then they said they were 2 min away, interesting. Took another 2.5 hours to unpack. I had all my boxes labeled and they did not bring them where they were supposed to go. I had to ask a number of times about this (literally for 12 boxes). My entire move was supposed to be less than $450 and they charged me $650. THEN asked me for a tip for the guy that didn’t speak English - not sure why it was just for him? but they already were way over budget and I was not happy. 30 min later they called me asking for another $120 so now trying to charge me over $750!! When the goal was to stay under $450. I would also like to note the furniture I had was a bedframe, bed, dresser, mirror, cabinet, desk, desk chair, 2 cheap 5 pound patio chairs.

They told me they moved a house from LA to San Francisco for $2700 so I’m curious how my move from a few cities over was so expensive. Would not recommend

I’ve moved so many times and used vip pro the last three moves. Sean’s team was more than great helping me move and drop off furniture at two locations. They were so thorough and worked so efficiently (and super fast). I’d love to use them again if I have to move again

The team was super professional! John and Mansur did an amazing job with all of my belongings. Everything was handled with care and the move was done as fast as possible. Totally recommend these movers.
