We just used VIP Pro Moving and we couldn't have had a better experience. The prices were extremely reasonable the service was topnotch. John, Mansur and Murat were the best team of movers. They showed up on-time, were super careful and meticulous moving all of our belongings and made sure nothing was damaged. Inviting someone into your home is always a scary thing but they seemed very honest and trustworthy which really put us at ease.

I would 100% recommend this company and especially this team to anyone I know.

We recently hired VIP Pro Moving for a local move, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They were the first to respond to our inquiry, offered fair and transparent pricing, and clearly communicated their policies — including a standard minimum and a cash discount, which we appreciated.

I provided a list of items and labeled everything to match the rooms at our new place. Shawn (or Sean) and his team arrived right on time at 8:02 AM and worked efficiently for just over six hours to move our 4-bedroom, 2300 sq ft two-story home — including some very heavy and bulky items.

They didn’t waste a minute. The crew was responsive, careful, and professional throughout. They wrapped our belongings with care and handled everything with respect. If you're looking for a reliable, hardworking moving team, I highly recommend VIP Pro Moving!

DIANE DIANE DIANE!!!! Amazing customer service! Patient, Polite, ACCOMMODATING to say the least! She needs a raise or TWO! And then my movers not only did they get everything done quickly but i also got to know about them and their culture which i absolutely love when im able to make connections with people! This is overall a GREAT company and worth every penny!!

These guys showed on time and looked professional. They didn’t stop from the time they got there and were making sure everything was wrapped and protected. They are the best movers I’ve worked with. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible moving experience with Arseny and Vlad, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Having movers come over as a single woman was initially an experience I felt uncertain of, and not only did the two of them make me feel safe and comfortable, but they also assisted in the dismantling of furniture to make it easier to put into storage, along with the experience being quick, clean, and as easy as someone could want.

Only company i use when I move. I have used them 5 times now and each time they are amazing. Easy to book and seamless, movers their are always amazing. Highly recommend

This was by far the worse service I've experienced in my life, not just with moving, but service industry in general.

I requested the moving of 10 already pre-boxed Amazon packages and assembly of a table and dresser. I was informed that the service charged per hour, which I did not mind at all. This is a same day move; therefore, I expected to be charged a lot. What I didn't expect is the lack of organization that kept running the time up. The movers saying they "weren't handymen" but would take "side pay to assemble the furniture." When I said this was what I requested when I initially called, they spent between 30-40 minutes trying to call their manager to confirm
Once he confirmed, they went outside to get the "tools for the furniture" and after 20-30 minutes of "looking for the tools" I went outside and saw taking a cigarette break. They immediately came in after, they didn't know hoe to assemble the furniture so, I requested them to stop as this is charging me the hour. Then when it was time to pay their system kept glitching and they couldn't reach their manager for another 30-40 minutes regarding the payment. The same guy went on another cigarette break, then they tried to charge me 9 hours of work, for moving 10 boxes that took them 10 minutes to load & 15 minutes to unload. Their drive time was doubled after 10 miles, which would have brought it up to 4 hours (which I was informed and agreed to the doubling of the drive time; round trip) But, the additional hours that were included due to not being provided the information of the services, needing to call the manager frequently, cigarette breaks, and glitching system was ridiculous. Again, I wouldn't have mind if they charged me a "same day" fee, but seeing how they moved when it was pay per hour, it made me feel this company lacks integrity. Send people that know the assignment and have ethics.

This is the second time I've used VIP Pro Moving, and once again they were great. Ace and Eric arrived on time, were communicative, and were extremely efficient in moving our stuff. They were also very professional and handled our stuff with care, keeping the fragile boxes on top and carefully placing all items in the truck. And they were very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the process!

VIP's prices are reasonable and the process for setting up the move was easy to navigate. I had a fantastic experience with VIP Pro for the second time and would highly recommend them to others looking for a moving company in LA!

The movers went above and beyond, carefully moving our boxes and wrapping fragile furniture with such care. No request was too much, they were accommodating, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel so much easier. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend VIP Pro Moving to anyone planning a move.
