The team was very prompt. They moved efficiently and safely. The team was super helpful. This was the perfect service for me and my move!

Terrible experience – would not recommend

I had a really disappointing experience with this moving company. The estimate they gave me was nowhere near the final cost – I ended up paying double what I was originally quoted. We had a project manager who had detailed information about our condo size and even photos of our place, so there’s no excuse for how far off the estimate was.

On moving day, the crew showed up and immediately said the truck wasn’t big enough for our furniture. Then they told us we needed three movers instead of the two we had scheduled. The third person who eventually showed up wasn’t even a proper mover – just a "helper" – yet we were charged full three-man labor rates.

The whole thing felt disorganized and misleading, and it turned into a much more stressful and expensive move than it needed to be. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our movers were very kind, effective, and efficient. However, they forgot nearly everything that was needed for the job, which likely caused them to take longer then needed. They forgot to bring two TV boxes, hanging sticks for the wardrobe boxes, actually boxes to help us pack items, and one of their toolboxes. All of these were part of the agreement before we booked, and resulted in the move taking more time than necessary.

Multiple pieces of furniture were ruined. My couch has scuffs and an orange stain that was not previously there. Additionally my tv cabinet was pushed and now doesnt close properly, and the insert for my table was dented after it was dropped.

Sean and Dustin were friendly, communicative, helpful, and efficient. The U-Haul people forgot to unbolt our two U-Boxes but they had the tools to open them. They finished unloading and setting up our bed in 2.5 hours. Would definitely hire again!

It was a good experience. Aron and Habib were very helpful. The only thing I expected differently was having tools. I expected them to bring electrical drills which would have made the furniture assembly a lot faster. Nevertheless, would surely recommend them!

Starting with the good, communication and prefesionalism of this company and their employees are superior. They were punctual and came prepared with all of the tools and wrapping needed for the job. The negative side and why I'm leaving 3 stars is I had one piece of antique furniture that needed extra care and wrapping, they were informed of this item and reminded of it at pick up, yet they did a very poor wrap job on this item and ended up chipping paint off where their metal dolly came in contact with the piece unprotected. A wall was scuffed pretty bad too at the new house. Tried to make arrangements with the company for what sort of compensation even a small amount and I have yet to hear back from them in over a week. You get what you pay for.

VIP Pro movers are the best movers I have hired for relocation needs. They were extremely careful, safely wrapped all of my items, and took the very best care moving my most valuable items. They showed up early, and completed my move in quickly. The rate was very reasonable for all of the work they did. I rate them at - A+++++!

WORST MOVING COMPANY
they left behind many of my boxes and my stuff went missing. When I called them they keep telling me they are trying to find a resolution and still waiting for a resolution!

They were punctual and professional the entire time. My furniture was packed, wrapped, and protected the entire time. A definite recommend when moving.

It was a give and take experience did not workout on refrigerator but as all in all with the work goes and timing they were great..

They were great came early ended early and we're happy to do whatever was needed I felt very comfortable having to move all my stuff and helping me get one mess complete and done and nice and neat in my new place

Professional, careful, fast and efficient workers. There is a 3-hour minimum, so expensive (by my standards) for a relatively small job. But the guys did a very good job moving a heavy recliner, plus paintings and art work.

I was anxious about hiring the right movers but Sean and his team were on time, fast, and efficient. I would hire them again. Thanks guys.
