Launches are overpriced compared to its value given
Must make customers aware of the latest rule changes for sellers on Amazon.com in reference to Launches i.e. anything beyond a 20% discount will render all Viral Launch (VL) coupon participating purchases as "unverified" reviews.
VL launches renders a minimal impact to buyer confidence. Sales (+) unverified reviews does not (=) 1st page results anymore therefore, launches should be at a price responsive to its true value $150 MAX!!!

Reviews have never been part of the Amazon ranking algorithm. Reviews serve as social proof for the quality of a product and therefore aid in converting sales. In addition, launches from Viral Launch have never included review service, but have and still do, contribute to increase in ranking, especially when working with one of our coaches. This advisory service is free to all customers and can help to advise on strategy for your listing.

Tried to Use their Photography and They did a Horrible job with the Photos and they do not even know how to use illustrator for a infographics.
I would not use them for this service.

Our photo team produces high quality studio and lifestyle images that do not include graphics, which is why we don't use illustrator for infographics. I see that we previously did refund your purchase, and I hope that you are able to find what you are looking for to further grow your Amazon business.

Good but could be better
There are some interface issues and the simple descriptions of the metrics don't do a good enough job of describing the data behind them. The default landed costs seem very low compared with actual costs.
