been tryin for over a year now to get some lights replaced had 2 rolls of the lights malfunction when i try to set it to blue one half of the lights in the room turns off been constantly messaging their customer service and no response from them the lasdt message i got from them was on jan 27 2022 almost 2 yrs trying to get a replacement and they must be a bunch of cheap tight ass losers that dont want to stand behind their product

Absolute scammers. Will take money out of your account months later for a subscription you never agreed to or weren’t aware of.

Email address is fake. I purchased my goods in November last year . I got them and all paid for. But in the passed 2?days been. Charged . I have tried to email but is fake , it’s rejected. Send a messages on Facebook no answer.

Guys, DO NOT order these lights. These guys are a scam fr. I ordered a projector with some lights Nov 26, 2019, and it never arrived. I contacted them 3 times! 3 times guys, and demanded a refund because it felt like a whole ass scam. They have yet to refund my money to this date. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. DO NOT ORDER ANY IF THEIR PRODUCTS.

Waiting for my order. Got an email dec 31st with a order number. Looked it up today and hasn't been shipped. Went to email your support line and the email doesn't exist. I want my money back or just send me my items. You guys are coming off as a full on scam.

Still waiting for refund. Where is my money? Order number 175705. Spoke with my bank and they said that they still do not have a refund. Please respond ASAP. I have over 30 emails from you telling me the same thing over and over again. I still have not received my refund. I want my money back.

The lights and idea are pretty good. I bought a bundle package which would include the Projector and (2) 16ft LED light tapes. All I received was the (2) Light Tapes. In contacting them about sending me the Projector, they don't really respond quickly. Rather after a few emails and a phone call, someone finally got back to me. I send my email message back quickly to them, only to wait a few days for a response. Still haven't received the projector, but got an email stating they passed my information on to another department. Kind of getting the run-around on a mistake that they made, and yet they don't seem to care to much.
I'd look for another company until they figure out how to fulfill an order completely and respond quicker about fixing their mishap.
In addition, there is a short in one of the tapes in which I will need to fix. Mentioned this to them, but did they offer to replace it with one that is functioning properly? Not at all!

Not sure when I ordered anything with this company, I never received any product and had noticed multiple monthly charges for 8.99$. When I reached out to their customer care, they promised to refund but what they did was charge me again 181.95$! This is just outright scammy and I am wondering about the best way to report this scamster entity.

60$ projector, worked for about a year before the motor died. customer service offered no help whatsoever. the warrantee was good for 30 days.

I ordered Skybright Star 28 days ago. I had an email confirming order. Shop tracking says order confirmed but no change since. I have emailed them 3 times now to see if my order is on the way, with no response.
Looks like I have been scammed.

SCAM - I bought the lights at my daughter's request in November 21, they finally arrived after Christmas (despite their worthless 'arrive by Christmas guarantee'), the quality is total rubbish but their equally worthless 'Satisfaction Guarantee' wasn't honoured. Eventually they offered to refund 50% which I accepted in January 22.

They ignored my acceptance and then, when I chased, they said they hadn't received my emails providing photos, etc. which were in my original email trail backwards and forwards with them! Blatant and proveable lies.

I am still getting hassled by the credit card company as Viral Lights have credited and debited so many times that we now owe them!

I've emailed again today asking them to sort this out once and for all but after a year of this nightmare, hope is fading fast. Save yourselves and just don't buy from them!

I placed my order sept 25 and haven’t received them as of oct 18 and no response to any emails. I’ve emailed 3 times and nothing from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

This company is a scam. When you purchase lights, you also start getting charged $8.99 a month. They do not tell you that when you make your purchase. Buyer beware!!

I ordered my viral lights, payed it and I also got it.
So far so good.
After a while I noticed that they charge 8,99
from my bank acount every month!!
This is absolutely unbelieveable!

Do not order these lights. I ordered them for my daughters for Christmas. We put them up months later. They stopped working not long after. I emailed the help email and they took about a month to reply. Then they just said that they could not help because we were outside of our 30 money back guarantee. What a waste!!!

Viral lights are trash.
They are scammers. I got dreamlights and they where meant to come 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t came. I keep contacting them but they keep asking for my order number even after I gave it to them multiple times. They don’t reply with anything other than what they usually type. I hate them so much. I want my led lights and I want to sue viral lights.

I have been waiting for more than three months and could not contact them. I believe this is a scam.
