Best value provider I have found after researching quite a few. I use them for three of our businesses/brands. They have a very slick portal as well, with responsive staff and a nice looking brand. I would recommend them to others.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Cancelled my subscription and they still took money and didn’t respond to me. Had to submit a chargeback through my bank. Do not use!!!!

Thank you for your review. Our online portal allows customers 24/7 access to their account, from there you can very easily make changes and adjustments to that account.
On this occasion, via the online portal, you submitted a cancellation request but you only requested to cancel your Registered Address service and not the Virtual Office. This was made clear to you at every step of the cancellation process.
As we had already made this very clear to you, it was our belief that you only wished to cancel your Registered Address and therefore the remaining service continued for another month.
As soon as you made us aware, our attentive and professional customer service team actioned your request and ensured the remaining service would be cancelled per your request.
We wish you the best of luck for your future endeavours.
Holding previous mail to ransom
Horrendous customer service and intent on holding my mail to ransom - cancelling is a nightmare so I cancelled my Direct Debit when I changed my address, the service wasn't being used post the DD cancellation. Despite this customer service are holding me to ransom for 3 months subscription fees to access mail during the time we were paying for the service.

Thank you for your review. Our online portal allows you very easy access to your account, from there you can make changes and submit a request to cancel the service should you wish.
In this instance, you did not inform us that you wished to cancel the account or attempt to make contact with us to discuss the problems you had submitting a cancellation request. We did reach out to you in regard to the cancelled direct debit as soon as we became aware.
As I am sure you will appreciate, the portal system costs us money to run so an active subscription is required to be able to view your post.
I understand that you have also made contact with our attentive and professional customer service team, and we are always happy to assist in any way we can.

So many different people respond to…
So many different people respond to email but not one provides proficiency outside of telling me how much my bill is and how much more it is to pay for mail to be sent. Without results they request payment but I have yet to get a reasonable amount of service that I can rely on. I have little to no control over my mail and cannot get my hands on it. My mail is scanned late although they guarantee every 24hours and when I request my mail that make the request prohibitive. I am still waiting for mail I requested over a week ago. I cant get a confirmation it was sent! When I was local they would not forward it to me and now Im out of town they still refuse to send me my mail. There follow up time is also latent and ineffective. They only respond maybe between 10am and 2pm. I have confidential info being sent to me and my privacy is at risk because the team does not care about my mail or my business. I am extremely disappointed this is not a service for any business and is not the way virtual offices work in my over 20 years of experience. It makes doing business prohibitive and indifferent. The service should be reliable and efficient not designed to be lazy and non-customer focused. This business is run as if it not even real and is conducted out of someone's basement with remote workers giving you the run around!
