This company are amazing, their work is very professional and excellent,they are polite and very willing to help in any way. I had carpets filled by them and I am delighted by their work and the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having carpets.

The workmanship was superb. The flooring looks amazing. Adam the flooring fitter was professional and went above and beyond.Listened to our concerns and rectified it straight away.

We had a 'whipped' stair runner and hall carpet fitted. The experience from the first trip to the Moorland Road store to final fitting was all good. They have a very good selection in the showroom, knowledgeable advice on options, samples, competitive price and good communication.

We went to Virtuoso in Moorland Road to look at vinyl flooring. There was choice of product and advice about the whole process which was easily understood. The initial survey and the fitting days worked out just as they said and all who came were pleasant and friendly and did their work well. The end result is lovely floor without any flaws.

Steve and his colleague were courteous, helpful and thoroughly competent and have done an excellent job. They were also very helpful in moving the freezer back into the utility room and making sure the door moved freely over the new floor.

Virtuoso were highly professional, very accommodating and helpful. Always easy to communicate with. The fitters were fantastic, their work brilliant and were really lovely, friendly, trustworthy and polite. I totally recommend this business.

Virtuoso have supplied and laid carpets in my grade 1 listed property in 2021 and in April 2023. Ben provided wise guidance, prices were very competitive, and the carpets were laid with skill and precision. Strongly recommended.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Not only do we now have the most beautiful engineered oak floor throughout the ground floor of our home, the entire team at Virtuoso made the process a pleasure. Fantastic customer service, and a team of fitters who were punctual, efficient, polite and consistently went above and beyond. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

In addition an increasingly unprofessional tone with email communications and a "2 day" job being delayed to the following week and extended multiple days, the fitting team has shown that they need supervision.

Needing to leave for the work day, I entrusted my house and key to the fitting team. I come home each day to a mess in the kitchen - dirty cutlery beside the sink, splatters of sauce on the kettle, crumbs of food over counter tops and still sticking to cutlery, and ironically, the dishwashing liquid and sponge ending up in a different location.

Disappointed, and hoping other fellow homeowners do not make the same mistake I did.

The flooring work was actually good. But after final payment was made and I asked for some mastics service. No response was received, disappointed w/ their after sales service.

I chose Virtuoso Flooring because it’s the official installer of my chosen Kardean flooring. They are obviously not the cheapest but their service was responsive and their advice was to the point. Ben and his team offered very efficient laying service. I am very pleased I made the right choice!

I got recommended Virtuoso through both my builder of our loft conversion and my sister also living in Bath. There workmanship throughout the fitting and consultation period was fantastic. Ben and his team were always responsive to myself and my wife's concerns. As you can see from the images we had some awkward spaces and staircases to our loft which they also fitted. I have no issues with anything they have done. I will definitely be using them for our next project and I've already had Ben size up for our Bathroom

Having almost the entire ground floor of my home laid with Luxury Vinyl Tiles was a big financial decision so I was keen to work with an installer who offered great prices, brilliant customer service, backed up by expertise: and I found it all with Virtuoso Flooring!

From the first design and measure appointment with Ben there was an open communication, free full sized samples and plenty of product advice.

I was seeking to replace three types of flooring in a mid century home; a carpet which hid three layers of tiles, a wonky wooden step which needed plaining back to level and a nightmare of uneven concrete floors in each of the rooms.

Despite these challenges Virtuoso’s expertise shone out - particularly their expert installer and all round great guy Anthony… what a legend!

The end result is simply stunning; I have beautiful “wooden floor” alternative which has been expertly laid and clear instructions on how to care for it.

I honestly couldn’t be happier and will definitely use their services again.
