10 weeks and nothing. 4 weeks of me asking for a refund and finally got a refund at week 11. No explanation of why they couldn’t do what they advertise.

VISA ESTA IS NOT 89$.
They make you think it’s a real gov website. A Visa ESTA VISA waiver is only 21$ on the real website. You enter the same information on the real US web, easy. DONT USE GOVASSIST
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complete scam - paid $90 for something that you can get for $7 on the official website.
BEWARE
AND THEY ARE STILL OPERATING
They scammed me
They scammed me. They took my money and refused to refund and even though i contacted the bank and sent them a statement they still refused and now I'm doing a legal statement with the police
SCAM DO NOT USE
This is a Scam website. It all looks very official etc but it is a complete scam. I was told my application was approved for an ESTA, arrived at airport only to find that it’s not on the official systems in any way.
Their website also shows trust pilot rating as just under 5 which is blatantly not true so they’re also scamming trust pilot
I’m currently sat at the airport hoping that my real ESTA comes through in time to catch plane for a work trip
I’m trying the live chat function but it never seems to get past Que position 6 so I’ll be reclaiming the money from my credit card company and reporting the website
100% scam site.

NEVER use visa.govassist.com
I used visa.govassist in ERROR. Because they appear high up in the Google search I clicked on them not realising that they are nothing to do with Government of New Zealand. Tried to immediately request a refund, but their server rejected all my contact attempts.
NEVER use visa.govassist.com
I used visa.govassist in ERROR. Because they appear high up in the Google search I clicked on them not realising that they are nothing to do with Government of Canada...so I waited and waited..guess what? The eTA NEVER MATERIALISED.
..SO I agree (too late) with all of the comments below..they NEVER delivered my eTA for Canada. This ruined my trip and cost me £7000 in lost airfares
I cannot understand how they can continue to operate. They should be shut down.
How come they can share a name with GovAssist LLC, who are fine?
I would give them -10 stars if I could
Worse than useless.
I paid for an India e-visa as this was a sponsored site suggesting a faster turn-around. Unfortunately they only submitted my application on the fifth day after I submitted it, and only after I called to chase the slow response (with an hour spent on hold, waiting to talk to someone). The visa was eventually granted but just a couple of hours too late for my flight, so I lost out on the airfare. Of course I wish I'd applied earlier, with a different company / directly. They have failed to clarify the exact timeline or cause of delay despite my requests. The 'assurance' that your application is being treated urgently is a dangerous one, and likely to ruin many other suckers' travel plans!
SCAMMERS
These guys are targetting small countries and thinking that people here are blind wont notice their activites .
*** BE LOUND AND CLEAR ABOUT THEM GUYS IF YOU"RE GOING TO OPEN UP THEIR LANDING PAGE THEY WILL DOWNLOAD ALL OF YOUR BROWSER DATA WHICH IS A CRIME , I am not going to let this happen since I am a Technical Person who have Snapshotted all internet logs with timestamp that when they downloaded my mother's laptop browser session data as well as security credentials which includes credit card info and passwords
SO ANGRY THAT GOOGLE ACCEPT PAYMENT…
SO ANGRY THAT GOOGLE ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM THESE ROGUE COMPANIES AS ‘SPONSORED SITES’ THAT RIP YOU OFF TO DO WHAT YOU CAN DO YOURSELF WITH THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT SITE. I JUST MANAGED TO GET OUT OF BEING RIPPED OFF WHEN I READ THE BIT AT THE END ABOUT AUTHORISING A FEE FROM THESE CROOKS. I WENT TO THE CORRECT CANADA GOVERNMENT SITE AND PAID $7 TO GET AUTHORISATION IN A FEW MINUTES FOR AN ETA. HOWEVER HAVE GIVEN THIS ROGUE COMPANY A LOT OF PERSONAL INFO I WOULD RATHER NOT WITH NO MEANS TO DELETE IT.
89$ for ESTA USA.
89$ for ESTA USA.

Service comission I agree, but this?
