We had on-site training in Solidworks Electrical from Visiativ, with James taking us through the ins and outs of the software. The training was insightful and the atmosphere was friendly and professional, and my interactions with the company as a whole have also been good.

We had a SolidWorks' Server and Endpoints upgrade for 10 devices/9 users. Alex and Adam turned up sharp and very quickly got the ball rolling.
The full upgrade of the server and endpoints was completed in under 5 hours.
tested the upgrade and we were happy with the result.
they are very professional and prompt when calling though for support in general but today just felt like a great example of how good these guys are.

I have been using Solidworks for a few years now. Visiativ are great, when I come up against a problem that I can't resolve it just takes a call to the support team and it gets sorted, they are very attentive and always resolve the issue, keeping you informed of what the problem was and how it was resolved.

I spend a lot of time trying to battle the download error, in desperation I called those people, I got connected to the Sam, a very nice guy who solved my problem and my uni project, despite the fact that i wasn't even their customer.

I had a great, well delivered training session by Dylan Mitchell for the Solidworks Advanced Part Modelling. The course itself showed me new tips, tricks and previously self-taught solidworks tools/features have now been taught to me correctly so I can use them properly. Would highly recommend this course and Dylan as a trainer.

I have had a few support calls with various Engineers. All have great knowledge of the SolidWorks product and were able to help immediately. Be it installation or support on a problem or how do I do this.. Be it with 3D CAD, drawings or Simulation.
I have experience of other re-sellers of SW, the guys at Visiativ defiantly shine.

I use Solidworks infrequenty as I design electronics and then I have to make an enclosure for it to sit in out of Sheet metal. The on demand team that help me throuh all that I have forgotten or not learned yet are invaluable to me. Today was no exception as I was up against time (again) in creating a step file that was customer safe. - Enter Dylan. He understood what I needed and got me to the point of sending the model to the customer. - Thank you!!
