Visiativ have been our Solidworks training provider and software supplier for a number of years. They are very prompt when responding to requests and arranging training. Feedback from training sessions have always been extremely positive. Liam has been an excellent point of contact is aways willing to meet our company requirements.

We design and restore forma F1 cars and as you can imagine the part file and assembly complexities can be quite intense.
We had a issue today with a file and Jak and Tom from Visiativ were able to get us a fix within 3 hours. Pretty impressive considering the complexity of the file.

Worked with James Kingman this morning to identify issue with users not being able to open up previous drawings/files. Was on the phone for a while and he was very good at assisting to resolve the problem.
Got to the root of the issue being a viewer related problem that needed to be set within the PDM admin settings for the context of that user.

Have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Reeve and yesterday with Graeme Billingsley. Top drawer on both counts. I made a point of asking about a review page. Related to a DraftSight migration as our business is moving to new architecture. Speaking with people, who clearly know what they are doing and aren't following a script or aren't hiding behind a convoluted telephone system makes a refreshing change. Thanks again for the help. M

Spoke to Sam about a problem that I was having with SolidWorks. He sorted the problem out using TeamViewer.
He didn't have to - I'm not even a customer but he got involved when he didn't have to!
That is a measure of the company as far as I'm concerned!! Awesome service.

I cant thank James enough for his help in getting us back up and running with our solid works. our computer broke and a new hard drive had to be fitted
which meant our programs had been lost. as I didn't have the yearly support package I thought I had lost solidworks. I thought I would send an email and see what response I would get. to my delight I received an email first thing the next morning from James with details of how the download and install solidworks.
