Super service and super quality lenses. I can't believe the speed of delivery. I dont order on a Saturday! Next day, means next day. I've had a delivery on a Sunday morning! Royal Mail! Order anytime on Sunday my lenses are here on Monday!

Exceptional experience with VisionDirect. Pleasant, informative customer service team and super fast delivery, the added surprise in the package was a nice touch too. I had an extremely unprofessional experience with a competitor. I ordered contact lenses and was told they’d be delivered on or before 30th May. They weren’t. I was left to contact customer services myself, only to be told the lenses I ordered are not in stock and they have no ETA, so I had to request a refund. They had no desire to be proactive. VisionDirect is my go to now for all my contact lense purchases, customer for life. Thank you!
