Very easy to order online, super fast delivery next day by Royal Mail. Products arrived neatly and securely packaged, with an unexpected gift of a small bag of Haribo jelly gums inside (slightly odd but nevertheless a nice, generous and thoughtful gesture). Great service but no discount
As always, your service was amazingly fast and efficient but I ended up using your chat service as, no matter what I did, I could not access the 5% discount offered in the email offering it. The assistant on the chat said that I should ask again after the order was delivered, which I will do shortly.
