delighted with our extremely comfortable greenwich zip superking. Beautifully made - we went with the weight recs and got a soft for my wife and a firm for me. I prefer her side for pure comfort but hope that this wasn't a mistake. Added a Woolroom deluxe mattress pad from heals, which makes it even more comfy.

We purchased a high-quality Vispring mattress and bed from John Lewis, which originally cost over £3,000. After 10 years of use, the mattress has significantly sagged and lost its support, affecting comfort and sleep quality. While we understand natural wear over time, we’re concerned that a premium product such as this has deteriorated in this way.
There are a few cosmetic marks on the mattress from general use over the years, but these are minor and do not affect its performance. However, John Lewis has declined to uphold the warranty due to these surface marks, which we feel is unreasonable given that the issue we’re raising is about structural integrity — not appearance.
We would appreciate a fair review of this matter based on the mattress’s performance, rather than cosmetic signs of regular use.

Excellent service, emailed customer service, had confirmation and 2 minutes later Debbie emailed me back. They are replacing the broken part and sending 1st class.
This is what customer service should be.

We bought a top of the range Vispsring bed from the Marbella shop. We are thoroughly delighted with our purchase. Teo, the shop Manager was so knowledgeable about his products and was so informative. Teo was a delight to deal with, was so pleasant and helpful in every respect, he made the journey of our special bed purchase easy and without complications from processing our order and to delivery. We are extremely happy with our upmarket bed.

I am updating the review. Because the matter has been resolved. Mark Ashworth in customer services was fantasic. I can't give a 5 star, because of the initial problem, but I now have a lovely comfortable replacement mattress and it does not smell. Something must have gone wrong in the manufacture of the other one. I just wish that I had not had to go on trustpilot to get it resolved.
I spent £5,000 on a vi spring bed thinking that it would be the best. Its terms of comfort it is great and the base is fine. However, I haven't made it to the 5 year sag that some people seem to have found, because it stinks. I expected some normal smell when I first got it 3 years ago. It absolutely stinks and has continued to do so. I the end it attracted moths to the smell of the wool, which I can't get rid of, so it is ruined and useless. I got vi spring out and they said there is a faint smell and it is due to the house it is in. I live in a standard victorian house, like millions of other people. I have had beds with wool in before and after the initial slight smell they were fine.

We bought a ViSpring Dartington mattress in January 2020, happy in the knowledge that the 30 year warranty justified the huge expense.
Five years later, waking up with aches and pains, sometimes waking in the middle of the night with excruciating headaches caused by neck pain, we contacted Furniture Village, the original retailer, to see what they could do. They sent someone out to do the "String Test" and it was only then that I discovered that ViSpring have tolerance levels that are not explained in their warranty.
Their tolerance levels say that mattresses can have dips of up to 3cm in the first 6 months and 6cm after 2 years!
In other words, if you buy a ViSpring mattress and after 2 years you have a dip of 2 inches, your warranty will not cover you. This was not explained to me when I bought it at Furniture Village and consequently, I am now sleeping in our spare room while I pursue the matter with the help of the Citizen's Advice Bureau, who have referred the issue to Trading Standards.
Furniture Village seem happy to go with ViSpring's answer and are not interested in the poor quality on offer. On the advice of CAB, I will be writing to Furniture Village, with a view to getting my money back so that I can buy a better bed.

We bought the super king Baronet mattress in Oct ‘21. Recently it has dipped, to the point that I can’t sleep on it as it’s causing me dreadful back pain. The tolerance is 6cms according to Vispring and as my side has dipped 4cms so they won’t do anything. It’s so upsetting that we pay so much money and then have no recourse. I have 2 of these mattresses one more recently bought for guests. Bad customer service. An old mattress which I think is Silentnight is years old and still fantastic! Won’t be recommending Vispring to anyone.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Vispring, in particular to Mark from Customer Service and the director (didn’t catch their name) who personally took the time to get involved in a situation that wasn’t of their making.
Despite the issues I experienced originally being with Furniture Village, Vispring stepped in and resolved the matter with professionalism and compassion after ongoing problems with a mattress purchased through Furniture Village, where I was repeatedly dismissed and misinformed.
Mark took the time to explain the warranty process properly and clearly outlined the aftercare expectations. He basically did the job Furniture Village should have done from the start.
The result? My mattress was replaced, my back pain has gone, and I now sleep comfortably again. I’m incredibly grateful that Vispring upheld the values of quality and customer satisfaction, even when it would have been easy for them to say, “this isn’t our fault.”
This is a clear example of a smaller company being let down by a larger retail partner more interested in profits than people.
Vispring’s actions not only preserved their reputation but restored my faith in customer service.
Thank you again to Mark and the Vispring team, you went above and beyond.

Had my Vi Spring sublime divan since 1986 and it is still as comfortable as ever. A great buy but needs turning often and it is heavy.

Still horrendous mattress. So disappointed, totally ripped off, it is a con.
It has ruined by back, we can't afford to just throw it away and buy a new one.
The apology Vispring send you when you complain is not worth any effort. We had one bed expert condemn it, so Vispring send a second to say it is fine. Complete scam. I never complain about anything but this is beyond bad. We have to rotate the mattress every 2 days.
Thank you but you have investigated it before and the outcome is you can't do anything.

British handmade luxury at its best. Impeccable finishing. Looking forward to this becoming perfectly moulded for comfort. Bedstead Realm. There is value for money in such exceptional quality.
Also, dealing with Jacques Celine in the And So To Bed Orchard St branch was a pleasure, making the whole process of ordering very satisfying.

I have enjoyed my Vispring mattress for a number of years now. The quality is superb. Recently one of the tufts needed to be replaced and they arranged for a third party company to come and do the work as part of the lifetime guarantee program. However the repair performed was not up to the high Vispring standards. Once informed of this they immediately offered to replace the mattress. What a pleasure to deal with a company of such high calibre. I highly recommend them.

We visited the Vispring store in January and Edward was extremely helpful.
He gave us invaluable advice, was not pushy at all and was patient with our many questions
We purchased a bed and headboard which was delivered earlier than expected
We are thrilled with our new bed and the service we received
Couldn’t recommend Vispring and Edward more highly

This will be our second Vispring mattress, great service from The Bed specialist , Yeovil. Superb product , our first mattress lasted way beyond any guarantee , hence the new purchase . Expensive, but works out so brilliantly with great longevity and comfort and factored into investment costs per year , worth it

Our Vispring bed is the most comfortable you could ever wish to sleep on.
We bought ours 12 years ago and when a fault developed the whole life guarantee was upheld. What efficient, considerate and prompt service we received from start to finish. We would recommend them to anyone who values good quality and good service.
