I was extremely disappointed that there was no where to sit while I was waiting for my MRI. I arrived ten minutes early as advised only to be told that as they were still dealing with another patient and that I should wait in Asda until contacted. I have problems with my foot and was in pain having already walked some distance so this was not helpful. I feel paying nearly £400 for the privilege that the lack of a waiting area is not good enough. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful.

I looked MRI locations locally to me.
I was seen on time and staff were very professional and put me at ease
I was impressed at the speed I got my result , it was easy to access on my lap top.
Although I couldn’t read the actual pictures the written findings were clear and precise.
I felt a bit off re having to pay as I worked as a district nurse for nearly 40 years in the NHS. But on reflection it’s been worth it as I’m now in the system for surgery

Decided to go with Vista as I have been waiting for 6 months for a MRI on the NHS. It was booked and I had the results three days after the MRI. Staff very nice and informative
