I had a very quick response

I had a very quick response. The instructions were clear. The reception area and the area to wait for the scan was very clean.
The staff were welcoming, informative and professional.
I was seen very quickly and at the time I was given for my appointment.
Just waiting for the results which I was told would only take 3 days.

Good communication on all occasions

Good communication on all occasions, both via website and phone call. Choice of venue and date for the MRI needed. Reasonable fee. Excellent follow-up video call ( extra charge but worth it). Peace of mind gained without very long wait for NHS appt.
