I have gotten greeting cards printed by vista print before. The last two times the print quality was not so great. The very last order was so bad I cant sell the product so I am out funds ordering prints.
The paper quality is very nice but the colour matching on the printing is awful.

I got a magnetic sign for my work vehicle. It was done perfect. Clear, visible and looks great. Great quality. This was easy to do through the website.
Only downside was Canada Post delaying my delivery twice.

Their software is really slick for designing fun projects. One looked slightly different than what I was expecting, and before I could even read their response to my question, they had created a new product and sent it to me without charge.
Also, make stickers of your kid making a funny face. It's priceless.

First Book
I was quite happy with the end result however the process was a bit difficult for a first time user.
I would prefer to have some direction on how to select page configurations. Having the pages decided for me wasn't necessarily the order in which I wanted the photos arranged.
Once I started to figure out how to insert photos, I was pleased with the end result. The page quality is high enough to produce good looking photos. I would use your company again now that I have a better understanding of the process to create a book.

Vistaprint is a wonderful tool to access ease of printable material and handouts, but the expectations that come along with the product are not up to par. If someone orders 200 business cards, then the individual should be able to carry and hand out their own business cards.
