LOGO needed to be higher on V-neck t-shirt
You couldn't raise my logo to the proper / higher location on V-neck t-shirt. The positioning of the logo is too low! The positioning of the logo, which your staff tried to adjust but weren't able to raise high enough and no fault of their own, apparently that's the positioning allowed with your software ... is almost on the breast! Not good!!

I needed some help so I could make all the things I wanted in the same design. It took a bit of time which I don’t ind at all. I was given several options within the designs I wanted. I’m very happy since receiving my order and will be getting some gift certificates soon. The person who helped me was very professional and friendly to talk with. She would check in as she was looking for me to make sure I was still needing help.

Hi there. I did make a request for 2 parts of my cards to be embossed and the one that was most crucial was completely missed. There was no corresponding if my request couldn't be filled. Now my cards are lack luster and I went with Vista print to have the best result.

We have reviewed the instructions for the embossed printing, and it shows the finish should be applied to a word on the front side and the wax seal on the back side. Please note that embossed gloss is only applied to the front side of the cards. This information is stated on our website. Therefore, if the seal is the most important detail to be embossed, we suggest switching the sides for the best results.
