Dont touch this company!!!

Dont touch this company!!!
This company promise you the world but dont deliver a thing. They pressurised me to sign a contract, then when I looked into the company realising that there are so many bad reviews I stopped paying. I was summond to court but the case was thrown out. They previously was called digital direct Ltd but changed the name.
I dont understand how they get away with targeting businesses, make you sign on the dotted line then take you court when you dont pay for a service you dont receive. Dont fall into the same trap. Make sure you look into this company with the previous names they operated under. Digital direct ltd, vistavue

We don’t always see immediate bookings, but we have had hotel guests regularly tell us they discovered us through VistaVue screens and saved our details. It’s proven to be a strong channel for long-term exposure and brand recall.

BEWARE!!!! You have been warned!

Beware folks.
There is a Facebook group with over 800 businesses that have had the same dealings with this company
Taking money from innocent people..
Ive hired a lawyer we will have to proceed with court.
I've ask the company since July for my money back .
Nothing but a hassle

Why isn’t there a contact number…

Why isn’t there a contact number available for this company we payed over a six hundred pound deposit told us it gose live in December but the places they told us there was going to advertise our business don’t know anything about it

Overcharged me by DOUBLE twice in…

Overcharged me by DOUBLE twice in direct debits, having to ring back as it seems to take a long time to get back to me. Advert was supposedly live last month … it’s not in either location. So far I’ve paid £500 and I’ve dons the art work for them with no actual advertising but double the cost on the contract!!

After signing and then finding…

After signing and then finding discrepancies in what was said in person to what was on the contract I was very concerned and immediately called to cancel the contract and to be refunded. I was told that because it was x business to business contract that I was unable to cancel. I said that there had to be a cooling off period at a minimum of 14 days. They said not. I contacted the agent who had been to see me just an hour before and he obviously tried to suggest it was my misunderstanding and that he had been completely transparent. The contract has been cancelled but now they are using as many delaying tactics available to them to avoid refunding my deposit. I was promised a call back on Tuesday 16th December from a manager. I'm still waiting. I've contacted my bank and that can take
6-8 weeks! I have found out that they just keep dissolving their businesses and re installing it under a different name and have done this kind of thing to so many people. I don't know how they live with themselves. They obviously have no scruples. Please be warned!
