Packing machine is down after 2 days of use

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product we received. We purchased a packing machine and paid in full in advance, only to have it break down in less than a week. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service for support, our calls have gone unanswered and unreturned. The lack of responsiveness has left us with no choice but to consider legal action. It's frustrating and unacceptable for a company to disregard their customers after receiving payment. I strongly advise against dealing with this company if you value your time and money..
