The pad and sports pad seem a little large to the point of when I reach horizontally across my body to any degree the pad slightly binds between my arm pit an collar bone at the base of my neck. Maybe if the pad was 1.5" smaller in diameter all around or opposing notches on both sides of the pad might help with this issue.

Prompt, personal service when I needed to return shirt for customization. Good product, well explained in documentation when it arrived. I don't know what else they could do, they seem to want to do whatever they can to make you satisfied.

I appreciated the assistance with measuring to get the best fit for T-Shirt with correct placement of the pocket. Always polite and helpful. I was surprised how fast it arrived. I have a sensitive chest wall and I find this is comfortable to wear. I'm grateful to feel comfortable and safe doing the sports I enjoy (skiing and diving). Their directions are not clear when ordering. They need to make clear if it’s for your right side, or if you’re right handed. I have also received a bill from fedx for $26 for import fee. This fee was never disclosed on order form.

Brilliant product. The shirts and protective pads have got my 16 year old son skiing and playing hockey again. Super service and great quality

The Vital Beat insert with the t shirts has given me the confidence to do my non desk job with confidence and even go about my normal day (I got some extra t shirts) without having to think about protecting my pacemaker which is just below my skin. A fantastic product and great supplier as it was shipped to me from literally the other side of the world (I live in New Zealand) within a couple of weeks. I highly recommend it for anyone who has had a pacemaker implant - it will give you peace of mind to go about your day in total confidence!

I'm so impressed with my experience with this company. I had been looking for a protective covering for my son's ICD device. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. I emailed Vital Beat and they were so helpful. They told me how to measure and made the process very simple. The product was sent very quickly even being custom made. My son is very happy and feels safer wearing it. Definitely recommend Vital Beat to anyone in our situation.
