The product itself is very good but the tshirts and pocket placement had to be redone at home by a seamstress as it didn’t cover the pacemaker area

Excellent. DPD was´nt able or willingly, that product to tansfer to a DPD-shop.

The dimensions for the ICD protector are exactly as they should be, top quality. It does exactly what it is intended for and does it well, very fast delivery, communication with the seller is top-notch.
I am surprised and very impressed by the high quality of the t-shirts, I did not expect that in this package. They are so well made that the entire package ends up being worth the money paid.

Even though you’re over seas I felt like I was dealing with a reputable company who cared about my interest in getting something to protect my peacemaker. Funny how nobody in the United States has come up with anything like this because I think big Pharma doesn’t want to see protective devices like you make. Thank you.

Multiple ways to connect with customer service. Thadeo reached out immediately to my messages as we were trying to get the vital beat pad in a short time window. In the end we didn't need express shipping but he responded at late hrs in his country when I reached out. His care and attention to our situation was very impressive and helpful.

Nice and good product.. i feel comfortable to wear and more confident as the product, especially the shield can give more protection on the ICD itself, while doing things eg.. sports, grass cutting.. easy to wash.

Hi guys, the guard itself is excellent but I had an issue with the T-shirt. I purchased the black tshirt and the dye used is not stable and colored my gi (judo clothing) heavily.
I might want to think about using higher quality tshirts

I suggest to improve the drawings how to measure the positions to avoid misunderstandings like it happened in my case. I’m very happy about the understanding and the agreement we found to overcome that by sharing the costs.

I am a 34 year old male that lives in Australia and bought the 2 shields and a compression short sleeved shirt and I couldn't believe the turn around time from ordering to when I received the package it was only a week! It would of been nice to have the total amount in AUD as I got a little shock at the checkout. I asked for a tracking number and was given all the details so it was nice to know. When I received the product, I tried it out in my sport I haven't played in 2 years due to having no protector and It didn't even feel like it was there. Can not fault the product as it is high quality and it was a very good experience. Would recommend this to any younger person with a implanted device.

As an active 78 year old guy living a good outdoor life hear in Alaska, the Vital Beat pacemaker protective shield has given me the extra protection I need to be more comfortable with my lifestyle. Thadeo, worked with me through a series of phone calls and e-mails to allow me to fully understand the various options for my order and promptly shipped the order out of the Netherlands without delay and without additional shipping costs. I think this "shield" is a very good option to consider if you wear a pacemaker and want to live an active life.

I first bought my Vital Beat pacemaker pad and shirts about 4 years ago when I first had my pacemaker put in. I have used it weekly playing hockey and cricket, and I couldn’t live without it! I recently ordered a replacement shirt (the other one was getting a bit old from constant sport use) and it arrived promptly. I’m 30 years old and this has literally changed my life in terms of still being able to play competitive sport with a pacemaker. I couldn’t thank this team enough for helping me to keep living my life how I do!
