Thadeo Dapper answered my questions regarding size , materials and use of the shields to obtain maximum protection for a pacemaker.
I ordered one shirt to confirm the L size was a good fit and snug enough to keep the shields in position. And I was pleased after wearing during some tennis that the comfort and fit and protection was realized foer me...

This is our second time using Vital Beat (first when our son was in high school) and now with our son playing Division I college football. This time we had the shirt specially customized to meet his specific needs. Vital Beat did not disappoint.

Am using it while playing baseball. Good fit, don't even notice it while playing in that respect, but it sure gets warm on days above 20 degrees or so. Wondering if a net material could be used for the t-shirt.

I backpacked 50+ miles in the wilderness of Glacier National Park in the USA. (7 days and 6 nights). My pack was about 40 pounds. I am not even 7 months out from surgery. I’m a petite woman and not once did I experience pain/tenderness on my pacer area from my packs straps. Vital Beat protection was awesome! I ordered a t-shirt as a birthdaypresent for my boyfriend. He already had the protective pads, so i didnt order those. They wrote me and asked if my order was correct to make sure I hadnt forgotten the pads. Once my order was delivered they put confetty, a handwritten note and an extra tshirt in! Outstanding service!

Excellent communication! Great products. They made a custom pad for my ICD due to my martial arts training. I was in need of a pad that covered the majority of my upper left chest and shoulder region. They knocked it right out of the park!

Just received, and soft feel shirt fits perfectly with pocket positioned exactly right . Protection for pacemaker couldn’t be better for all activities.
Even tried sleeping with it on as have not been able to sleep on my left side since pacemaker was fitted . Much better sleeping pattern!

I have a pacemaker on my left and I bought 6 shirts and a shield 5 years ago in June 2018 from Vital Beat. September 2022 while paragliding in Chamonix,I did a Superman take off impression running down a stoney grassy bowl at a height 2050 metres, when the wind changed direction coming from behind. I simultaneously hit several parts of my body, face & hands on the unforgiving ground. I felt my protective shield roll over a stone rather than my pacemaker being bashed by it. I was bruised on my knees, abdomen, hands and face and also damaged my shoulder as it snagged on the ground with the rough terrain. So what was not damaged was my pacemaker.

5 years later I have had a melanoma removed above the old site of my pacemaker. My new pacemaker is now switched to my right side. I contacted Vital Beat to say I needed two shields, one to protect the skin graft and one for the new pacemaker. They explained I could also have the shields repositioned to suit my needs (they are now inverted). The new set of six sports shirts are a stretch fabric and the pockets for the shields, custom sewn for me, based on the measurements vital beat requested from me.

Really happy with new shirts and the fitting of the shields. April 2023.

I ordered the vitalbeat last minute for a ski holiday as I thought I would feel vulnerable on the slopes and could do with a little extra protection around my pacemaker. It was despatched immediately and received extremely quickly and well packaged.

The vitalbeat and vest was comfortable to wear and felt it gave me the added protection I was looking for.

As it happens I only wore the vitalbeat for 1.1/2 days as I was involved in a ski accident which stopped me skiing for the remainder of the holiday!

Ordering was easy. The pacemaker protector and shirts are good quality. This was the only pacemaker protector that I found.
