I had previously taken a PCR test by a doctor and testing centre in Cancun Mexico which came back as negative for any signs of sars covid 19. I did at home testing after arrival to the UK NHS at home testing kits which all test came back as negative and still are. I had a test kit from A1labs for a PCR test 3 days after my negative PCR test in Mexico. A1labs say now I tested positive via there testing for covid19 again No symptoms or signs at all and i have never had any signs or symptoms ever and now as i have asked for the scientific data to be provide to me of how they did the test & the Cycle magnification rate of the test they have now refused to refund me the overcharge for the test kit as they stated in the letter sent to me with there test kit to say they would be refunding my overcharge which is 140 UK pounds overcharge at least. so it would seem Vitality Clinic/A1Labs are totally untrustworthy criminals at best.

Very late results and incompatible with NHS app
Absolutely useless. I did my home PCR test on 23rd December, and didn’t get my results until 4th January! The results were positive as well, so kind of *vital* (funny that that’s in the name) that I get them straight away, but no. Next problem is their complete incompetence surrounding their incompatibility with the NHS covid app: you need an 8-digit code from the test to enter into the app, but they can’t provide this. Again, absolutely useless.
I sent them many emails regarding this, and nothing. Their one saving grace is that they respond with their useless information quite quickly…👏

Me and my wife order day 2 PCR test on…
Me and my wife order day 2 PCR test on 4th Jan 2022 with this vital clinic we went on vacation on 11th Jan and arrived on 15th Jan however we did not receive any test kit from this vital clinic we waited for the coming Monday to see if we will get the test kit however we never got the test kit till today (24th Jan) and we end up doing the test locally paying more. When I contacted this clinic for our refund for the test kit which we never received they refused to give back our refund and blame royal mail for the delivery which the clinic never posted ours any test kits for day 2. On top they email saying they have send ours another test kit which is free of charge. What we are suppose to do with this test kit if we receive it now? On the UK gov site it's says approved site this is how a government works for his people looting people money? I strongly recommend to the person who is incharge of this site to ban this vital clinic in UK.
my result arrive after 17 days, they refuse to give refund for this poor service3
Post the test 28th, they received 30th, after one week, still no result, sent several email to chase, no reply. Finally sent a email to the people who replied my initial enquiry, got reply and result on 17th Jan. During this waiting time, I had to have another test so I can go back to work. I ask them to prove they had sent me the result before 17th, otherwise they should refund my payment for this service. They refuse to send prove of email sent to me, I gusee they forgot to send my result. Anyone know where I can make offical complaints for poor service?

Paid £51 for 2nd day test, posted it on Saturday, it reached the lab on Tuesday, it’s 3 days later and I’m still waiting for the results. No info from the lab whatsoever. So much for being express service
