Out of stock, excuses and time wasted
Ordered their in stock dumbbells and had an email saying dispatched and after the delivery window passed the tracking company said they hadn’t received the item to deliver. Their product was never in stock and I wasted weeks of waiting time and was given an excuse as to an unknown error when I’m convinced they never had the item in stock. The refund took several days to be issued also which stopped me ordering from another company until I had the money to do so.

When you pre-ordered our Dumbbells we had a set amount for quantity which were coming into stock, we set this within our system and some how when it came down them being back in stock we had over sold and therefore you unfortunately didn't receive.
This is the first time we have had this issue and will look to ensure it doesn't happen again with any of our customers.
We sincerely apologised for this issue that we had and therefore didn't hesitate to fully refund you and offer other weight sizes which were still in stock to have sent out to yourself.
We appreciate the comments and will use them moving forward to better ourselves as a growing online fitness company.

I purchased these weight over 3 weeks ago on next day delivery, they only arrived today. There was no explanation or an apology to update me on the delivery time. Very disappointing to have to wait for so long.

You may of seen when you Pre-Ordered these items we had an estimated delivery date of September 17th-21st which is when our re-stock of that certain item was next available, we make this very clear when you Pre-Order and at the checkout of your order.
We shipped your order on the Monday 21st September ( when that specific item was back in stock) via DPD next day delivery and you would have received an email with a tracking number from us on this day. You have now received your order on the 22nd September being the next day from when we shipped.
We are also available 7 days a week 09:00-17:00 on our website live chat should you of felt any issues we could have explained this to you.
Sorry to feel you have had a bad experience with us, we do however feel this review may be misleading to future customers as you pre-ordered an item and didn't order an item in stock hence the delayed delivery.
We hope you understand the situation from the above reply, again apologies on the wait time .

Vital Gym weight training bench
Equipment arrived on time and I was made aware of its imminent delivery.
The bench itself is exactly as it appears in the product advertisements, is sturdy, easy to assemble and adjust, and comfortable to use. I have been using it for a week now and am happy with my purchase. I would recommend it to any home workout enthusiast.

Good point is that they have more stock available than other companies. Not so good, unhelpful sales staff on live chat on website. ( I asked info re product and they just stated read info) secondly paid £20 for next day delivery. Took 3 days ? Anyway products arrived

I bought a jumping rope (parcel number 15976825437885) to test the reliability of your company. I never got the product. I received several e-mails stating that they missed me which I doubt because I was self isolated for the past 15 days. I checked DPD web page and my purchase was sent back to you. I would like to have my money back. Honestly I was surprised for good to received an email saying that the package was going to be deliver the following day that I did the purchase..... I will not recommend you that is for sure

We had noticed it was an issue with our courier and your address where they had tried delivering multiple times and didn't succeed so had returned your item to our warehouse after 5 attempts.
