I recently purchased the studio barbell set and the adjustable kettlebell. While the kettlebell wasn't quite right for me (a bit too bulky for the exercises i wanted it for) it is still a pretty sturdy piece of equipment. I've unfortunately requested to return this. As for the barbell...I LOVE IT! It's lovely and compact and the bar itself has some nice padding so it's more comfortable over the shoulders. Only suggestion I've had was to sell some more of the weights separately as ideally i'd like to be able to get up to 30kgs. As for customer service...I don't think I've ever had anything like it. Henry is fantastic, knowledgeable and always speedy to respond. While the variety of products the company currently sells is a lot less than established companies, I will most definitely be keeping an eye out for new items added as I highly recommend Vital Gym :)

Ordered on Sunday got my weights and dumbbells early morning Tuesday, the stainless steel weights look and feel amazing. One of my weight clips was faulty contacted Henry who was really helpful and had me a replacement clip out the very next day 10/10

Good Service, and easy to order through Vital Gym. It did take 5 weeks to finally receive my order, after placing it but Henry kept me up to date with delivery schedule. Understandably delivery times were maybe out with their control, but non the less, the delivery arrived and i am happy with the quality of the product.

I ordered the body pump barbell and I am so impressed with not only the equipment but the customer service too. This was a pre order so Henry contacted me to let me know when they were due to receive this and that they would be dispatched the very same day so I would receive it within 24 hours. Which i did and I am so happy with it and will definitely order again!

Ordered the Bench 1.0, arrived on time. Had an issue with assembling the product and Henry, who was assisting me with the problems I was having, was super helpful and friendly. Managed to solve the problem and the bench works fine!

The box was slightly damaged in transit which caused a bolt to be missing, sent them an email and they have posted one out.

I have recently purchased adjustable dumbbells, Olympic bar and plates from Vitalgym. The plates were on pre order when purchased but had very good communication from their team who kept me informed of when they expected the product to be back in stock and when to expect delivery.

Delivery was quick and the products have been exactly how they looked and were described on the website.

Delivery of dumbbells has been shambolic courier have failed multiple times to locate property & delivered one dumbell.

Item took a while to turn up having said in stock when ordered. However, it did then turn up before the published date range so clearly they are replenishing stock as quickly as they can.

Well packaged and good, solid product that I am very pleased with.

The plates were thicker than advertised, so quite disappointed. For example the 25kg plates were advertised as 70mm, but the ones that arrived are 90mm. Supposedly due to change of supplier, and website may be updated in future! Delivery was very quick.

Very quick from order to delivery. The bench is very good value for money, feels stable and yet light enough to move about the house. I'm very pleased with both the product and the service.

Free standing squat rack, bench and barbell plugs all arrived to Northern Ireland within 3 days. Quality of the products is very good, especially so as prices were very competitive to rival companies.
