Have ordered several times and products are good quality at very reasonable prices. Had 1 small issue with a delivery and they were more than helpful in getting it sorted.

Amazing shopping experience.
I placed my order at 11-12 in the evening of Sunday, on Tuesday morning I got 3 items with 4th being delivered on Wednesday.
As I wasn't sure what's going on on Tueaday, I emailed them and they replied within 20minutes explaining that everything was dispatched but carriers sometime split deliveries due to weight.

Quality is great for the price.
All items came in great condition with exception of rack having couple minor scratches which I'm not really bothered about.
One thing that is noticeable is that rear part of the rack isn't welded 100% accurately so it's causing whole rear pole to be slightly rotated.

I would gladly recommend Vital.

I ordered several Hex Dumbbells and received a quick delivery, and at a excellent price! I received good customer service throughout the process, and I'm more than happy with the product.

Equipment turned up with some bits missing and some damaged due to the courier. Customer service was brilliant they got back to me straight away and even replaced the damaged goods and sent the missing bits next day delivery. A very good experience an the equipment is really good

Poor product quality, product came half built with confusing instructions, bolts came that don’t fit. Well priced, however price reflects the quality of the product

Took 2 days to come from when I ordered so very good,I only want it for speed walking so is ideal ,easy to assemble , the only thing was the one lot of holes didn’t line up for one of the screws but I can still use it, I’m really pleased with my purchase.

After my previous review where I was very frustrated with the AF200 being faulty, but more importantly the lack of response from Vital Gym, they soon responded after leaving the review...
I was pleasantly surprised with their speed of getting a a bran new replacement to me and a small refund for my inconvenience, plus after chatting with the delivery driver / installer of the treadmill my opinion of Vital Gym is now nothing more than a very positive one.

I ordered the adjustable dumbbells, they turned up with incorrect collars due to a typo on the page, after speaking with customer services they refunded me the difference of the expected collars

The product is also very good quality so no doubt i will be back for me!

I ordered the Squat Rack 1.0, after writing customer service to ask a few questions and after receiving prompt and very helpful replies from Henry.

The squat rack was delivered extremely quickly, along with some steel plates, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness of the rack. 11/10, I will definitely be a repeat customer, thanks Henry!

Customer service 10 out of 10 but I would say that the products are not all that. Would shop here again put not on somethings

Excellent customer service I pre ordered a BodyPump bar and was kept updated. I would of rated 5 star but the only downside is that extra weight isn’t available for the Body pump bar. I ordered a one inch hole weight plate from elsewhere but doesn’t fit the bar.
I’m hoping Vital Gym will have the option in the future where you can order more weight for the Body pump bar.
